In case you insist on retaining the bore here is another idea:
Having sex / having a quickie/ with a bore might turn out to be not as boring /as lingering/ as trying to discourage him.

Since I don't qualify as a true native.. instead of putting up an answer, I will give you an opinion (if you please):
I don't think that the word "bore" is actually a good choice here, because "зануда" in the given context is more like a pain in the neck, in the sense that he will not leave you alone not matter how hard you try to talk some sense to him or whatever... You are going to have to give in eventually, so why waste time playing the touch-me-not? :) That said here is my version:
Swiftly yielding to the sexual advances of a pain in the neck might just as well spare you (a girl) a great deal of pain in the *ss (a bit extensive and somewhat racy, I agree, but one does one’s best! Cheers! :)
