Профориентология – научная дисциплина, находящаяся на стыке философии, психологии и педагогики, изучающая факты, механизмы и закономерности профессионального становления личности.
Основными разделами профориентологии как интегративной дисциплины являются методология профессионализации, профессиональная ориентация, дифференцированное профессиографирование и профессиональное самоопределение. Данные разделы будут последовательно рассмотрены на страницах учебно-методического комплекса. В рамках 1-ой лекции речь пойдет о методологии профессионализации.

3. Обеспечение психологически компетентного сопровождения профессиональной жизни человека сначала профессиональной дифференциации интересов и склонностей до завершения профессиональной биографии.

Professional Orientation is a set of services and activities, which allow individuals to make decisions on their education, training and occupations, and manage their own careers. During this process individuals are provided with information on the labor market, and various educational and employment opportunities.
