The word doesn't seem to fit here. This is in a contract for assignment of various types of documents between banks. To me, the concept of "indistintamente" is already covered by "uno o más", unless I'm missing something subtle here.


CONTEXT: "La Cedente se hace responsable de la existencia de los saldos de precio y créditos que se han cedido. En el evento que uno o más, ***indistintamente, *** de los contratos o pagarés no se encuentren, presenten inexactitudes, sean falsos, estén mal extendidos o adolezcan de algún error insubsanable, la Cedente se obliga a restituir a la Securitizadora el saldo insoluto de él o los saldos de precio y créditos que se encuentren en esta situación en un plazo no mayor a los cinco días siguientes al envío de la comunicación de la Securitizadora al respecto.".
