Durante sus estancias en el hotel se ha percatado de las continuas mejoras que XXXXX XXXXXXX Resort & Spa lleva a efecto en las áreas públicas para proporcionar un mejor servicio a usted, su familia y los huéspedes, también ha remodelado y actualizado los condominios principalmente cambio de : mobiliario, tapicería, cortinas , colchas, camas, televisores, cocineta, Jacuzzy y pisos así mismo ha respondido de inmediato a las emergencias de los pasados huracanes Emily y Wilma para rehabilitar el desarrollo sin esperar la respuesta de las compañías aseguradoras con a finalidad de tener en breve funcionando el Resort con todos los servicios a los que están acostumbrados.
Haciendo remembranza a nuestra correspondencia en dos ocasiones XXXXX XXXXXXX Resort & spa por mi conducto, lo ha invitado a remodelar su condominio debido a que actualmente el mobiliario y la decoración del mismo por el uso y el tiempo de vida luce desgastada y fuera de actualidad sin embargo no nos hemos puesto de acuerdo. Considero que el cambio de mobiliario, cortinas/ tapicería, televisores y estufa redundaría en tener una propiedad actualizada y lo más importante que la plusvalía de su bien raíz crecería.
Los invito a proteger sus condominios colocándoles cortinas anticiclónicas importadas. Actualmente hay en el desarrollo algunos condominios con cortinas anticiclónicas instaladas, motivo por el cual en los dos huracanes ocurridos
durante el último trimestre del año 2005 : “Emily y Wilma”, no sufrieron ningún daño tanto en lo exterior como en el interior.

At this time I would like to bring you up to date of the continuous improvements that the XXXXX XXXXXXX Resort & Spa has performed to all the public areas for your enjoyment and that of your family and all the guests. Remodeling and new improvements have been performed to all the condominiums in the areas of: furniture, upholstering, drapes, beds and bedspreads, televisions, kitchenettes, Jacuzzi and floors. As the unexpected emergency came along due to the damage of hurricanes Emily and Wilma the necessary repairs are been taken care off without waiting for the insurance companies to respond to the claims, in order to assure that our guests will enjoy the Resort and all of the facilities as they are used to and as fast as possible.
In the past I have suggested for your consideration the services that can be provided by the XXXXX XXXXXXX Resort & Spa for you to be able to remodel and maintain the value of your property at its best. I invite you once again to consider the offering of our services in order to help you achieve that purpose.
Apart from all the important upgrades of furniture, upholstery, kitchenette and all of the suggestions mentioned before it is of great importance for you to consider the installation of the “anti-hurricane drapes/blinds” for maximum protection of you property during the unexpected nature events as those occurred from Wilma and Emily during 2005. Condominiums that had them installed prior to the hurricanes had no external or internal damages.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. For my early education I had the great advantage at the time to attend a bilingual school. As an honor student I was offered the opportunity to enroll at the Catholic University of Puerto Rico, now known as Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico, while attending High school. I was also offered the opportunity to train as a Spanish instructor. It was a wonderful and rewarding experience to be able to teach Clergy and Peace Corps participants conversational Spanish at a young age.
I have achieved many goals and expertise in different areas through the years, but one of the most rewarding is being able to translate, interpret and teach my mother tongue. It is my passion to be able to help others with my skills.
