Spanish term

entrar en comandita

"Purchase shares, shareholdings, parts of interests, and obligations of any kind of companies, and be part of them without committing any of the acts stated on the fourth article of the Mexican Securities Market Law (Ley del Mercado de Valores)."

Mi sugerencia sería "be part of them as a limited liability company". Mucha suerte!

For your information, I have done it before... ... and I have found about "comandita", but not about the expression "entrar en comandita" (there is no a single entry)... that is why I thought it could be interesting to open the discussion entry...

enter into the limited partnerships

I think here the limited partnerships are expressly mentioned possibly because of the limited liability, as opposed to the liability that one undertakes when acquiring stakes of the companies with the traditional ownership structure.
