: I don't agree with "social" though - you could say something like "domicile for tax, legal and other purposes".

I started with "establish corporate and tax/fiscal domiciles" but that is a bad construction in legal English. One needs the definite article and then, it is better not to share "domicile" between "corporate" and "tax". Next "corporate domicile" is at once "domicilio social" and "domicilio legal". There is no difference in English. Finally, "fiscal domicile" does exist but it is less precise than "tax domicile". While the latter is defined as a specific address, the former may merely be a jurisdiction. Some less careful texts say "county" (thinking only of the United States, I imagine) but that does not cover all cases. There are a lot of places in the United States (cities, towns, boroughs, villages) which do not belong to any county. Two of the most famous are Baltimore (Maryland) and Alexandria (Virginia).
