ACTÚA en su calidad de Administrador ÚNICO de la compañía, para cuyo cargo, que asegura vigente, fue nombrado por plazo INDEFINIDO por acuerdo de la Junta General de socios, celebrada el 30 de enero de 1997, elevado a público en virtud de escritura de fecha 3 de febrero de 1997, otorgada ante el Notario de Barcelona, X, número 300 de su protocolo, de la que me exhibe copia auténtica, causante de la inscripción 5a de la citada hoja social.
Me asegura la subsistencia de la personalidad jurídica de la sociedad que representa, así como la vigencia de su cargo y facultades.

I have translated this as:

HE/SHE ACTS as the SOLE Administrator of the company, whose post, which is current, was appointed for an INDEFINITE period of time according to the agreement of the General Meeting of partners, in its meeting of the 30th of January 1997, granted before the Notary Public of Barcelona, X, number 300 of its protocol, which is an authentic copy, cause of the 5th inscription of the cited document.

The authenticity of the legal personality of the company he/she represents, as well as the validity of his/her post and faculties have been assured.
