I don't know if whale meat is "not digestable", then how come there are so many websites with recipes that use this kind of meat. Besides, this probably doesn't hold true for people in Japan, does it?
Anyway, I just realized the original actually reads "may not be" and not "is", as I translated it, fit for human consumption.
