Problem exporting file as memoQ bilingual document

Hi,
I started using memoQ last week. I completed my first project with it. I did the export file as memoQ bilingual document, and thought that everything was fine. I then went to the document to check if the file was correct. Since it was the first time I had a mdb file, Windows asked me what program did I want to use. I selected memoQ. I deleted memoQ and installed it again, but I still get the same problem. The version I have is 4.5.69
