Is it possible to issue a credit memo from the system? I only see 'close without payment'.

At the moment, the invoicing tool can only be used to create and track invoices online. If further uses are added in the future, there will be an announcement.

Great work on the invoicing tool! I've been an ardent user since almost day one of its launch and loved it!
I was just wondering if it is at all possible for you to add a Quote feature/tool within the Invoices tool.
I can currently send quotes through Proz.com only for the advertised jobs. It would be great if I could generate quotes (like invoices) for my regular clients too, whenever I get a request for a quote.

I guess you can have this implemented easily by using the same form we use for generating invoices, but calling it Quote. If the job comes in, we can easily convert/copy the quote into invoice.
This will help us in staying organized, and remembering what we had quoted.

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can help me. Today when I try to generate a pdf version of my invoice the system generates one that is 0K and Adobe is unable to open. I've been using this system for the best part of 2 years now and this has never happened to me before.
Is something wrong with it at the moment?

Hello I have been trying to print a PDF copy of an invoice, and I get a 0k file every time.
The only way I can get a PDF right now is to print the invoice to a PDF printer in my computer.
It seems I am not the only one since I have seen another message with the same problem.
I hope this can be resolved quickly, since this one of the major features for me. I will submit a report as well.

I have another suggestion for this tool (assuming someone is still developing it; the lack of response to some of the suggestions here makes you wonder...). My suggestion is: allow copies of invoices (PDF) to be saved to a hard drive or other location. As far as I can see, they are only saved as attachments when you send them at the moment.

The functionality is already there; I have been saving copies of my invoices as PDF’s on my hard drive. The “Export to PDF” button is right next to the “Print” button (which is right next to the “Send” button).
Or are you talking about something else?

I've been using this invoicing tool for a couple of years already and have been really missing currency conversion/ display all my invoices in reporting section in my local or preferred currcency IN ADDITION to the currency they were issued in.
Example:
I have invoices in multiple currencies - EUR, USD, GBP, RUB.
What I see now in reporting section - reports for each of this currencies.
