A mí me parece correcto. En inglés, se diría, “refer”.
Remitir a una instancia superior sería "elevar".
PD. | | | neilmac Spain Local time: 03:09 Spanish to English + ... Jerga moderna | May 11, 2021 |

Existen varias opciones mejores (refer/transfer/pass on".... etc.

Cuando trabajé en soporte informático en varios sitios, usaban "escalate", por ejemplo: "Put the trouble ticket in the outbox for escalation to programming management". | | | Angel Llacuna Spain Local time: 03:09 English to Spanish TOPIC STARTER

| | | Edward Potter Spain Local time: 03:09 Member (2003) Spanish to English + ... trouble ticket | May 23, 2021 |

I agree, "escalate" is common parlance in IT scenarios. However, when people start using it in other situations, it just becomes another useless piece of jargon IMHO. | | | To report site rules violations or get help, contact a site moderator: You can also contact site staff by submitting a support request » uso del verbo derivar Wordfast Pro | Translation Memory Software for Any Platform
