a) Rotating checks not excited
Run the generator without excitation by steps to verify the
bearings temperature as per chapter 5.2
At the nominal speed (not excited) measure the vibrations.
Check that the vibration level is in accordance with the
generator (as per chapter 5.2.1) and duty request.
b) Rotating checks at no load excited
In AVR automatic mode; Voltage adjustments; Voltage
range; check the excitation current value (refer to AVR
manual and to the generator test report)
c) Generator and site safeties
proceed to the site safeties adjustment (over voltage relay,
over current relay, differential protection; negative
sequence relay...). The setting points are not under our
responsibility.

1. In case of being shaken, dismantle the device before up-down.
2. In case of sliding, lock the handle tightly (like 4th sign), to adjust up-down by loosing one teeth. Grasp the up-down handle (like 5th sign) first, for stability before pressing on the positioning pin (like 6th sign).
3. Step on the moving up-down pole (like 7th sign) during movement. Moving can be achieved by loosening the positioning screw and setting out the required positioning height, when the floor is not smooth.

Main structure and operation theory about up-down tripod
The up-down tripod consists of a holder, up-down pole, and moving wheels. Up-down tripod has the function of fixing up or down and moving to a particular position. For moving, step on the up-down pole (like 7th sign) near the wheels on the holder at right side. Step on it to lower and move forward to right, and then the up-down tripod can move. For no movement, point at up-down pole to reset, and then it will be fixed. For up-down pole up, firstly loosen the locking handle of up-down pole (like 4th sign) and put the swaying handle to the required position, then lock the locking handle. For up-down pole down, first loose the locking handle, hold the swaying handle and press down the gear positioning pin (like 6th sign), then it will come slowly down to the required position.

valve positioning for rotary and linear actuators in either
double acting or spring return configurations. It may be
used with 3-15 psi pneumatic control signals (as shown),
or fitted with current-to-pressure transducers for 4-20 mA
signal inputs. The modular design of the Apex A7000
allows for field retrofitting of the I/P options. The compact,
lightweight positioner also conforms to NAMUR VDI/VDE
3845 mounting standards and features a UltraDome visual
position indicator. The Apex A7000 is available with the

Applications:
Two spool valve options make the Apex A7000 well suited for use with all pneumatic rotary actuator types
including: Rack-and-pinion, Scotch Yoke, Vane, and others. The Apex A7000 is equally well suited for use with
pneumatic linear actuators and cylinders.
The Apex A7000 may be installed on any actuator conforming to the NAMUR standard for accessory mounting
