Source text - Danish Forskellige faser i forhandlingsforløbet kræver forskellige taktikker. Komplicerede forhandlingsforløb kræver, at du er klædt på til hurtigt at ændre/revurdere din taktik. På kurset udvikles dine personlige kompetencer, så du kan optimere/ændre din taktik og dine virkemidler i forhandlingens forskellige faser.
Kurset fokuserer tillige på det interkulturelle og globale og bidrager med teknikker (ANMCD modellen) til at forstå og tilpasse sig andre nationaliteter og personer med en anderledes kultur. Her er der mulighed for inddragelse af egne internationale cases i undervisningen.

Complex negotiation processes require you to be well equipped to quickly change/re-evaluate your strategy. This programme will strengthen your personal capabilities, enabling you to optimise/change your strategy and your tools during the various stages of the negotiation.
In addition, this programme focuses on inter-cultural and global aspects and incorporates various techniques (the ANMCD model) to better understand and adapt to other nationalities and people of different cultures. This allows participants to involve their own, international cases during the training.

Source text - English Cutting mortise lock keys
·Insert the keys into the clamps, taking care that the blade of the key rests on the inner stop of the clamp, as shown in figure no. 4.
·Start the machine and, holding the slide by means of the handle (M), move the keys towards the tracer point (1) and the milling cutter (F).
·We recommend that you work slowly, without forcing the milling cutter. The rounded area is achieved by rotating the clamp-holder slide with the handle (N). The length of the rounded area is limited by the stop (P).
·If the key cutting operation has left some burrs on the cut key, these can be eliminated with the plane that the machine has been fitted wtih for that purpose.

·Indsæt nøglerne i kæberne og vær opmærksom på, at nøglens blad hviler på kæbens indre stop som vist i Figur nr. 4.
·Tænd maskinen og hold slæden fast vha. håndtaget (M). Bevæg nøglerne hen imod føleren (I) og fræseren (F).
·Det anbefales at arbejde langsomt uden at presse fræseren. Det afrundede område opnås ved at vippe slæden op og ned med håndtaget (N). Længden af det afrundede område er begrænset af stoppet (P).
·Hvis der er opstået grater på den skårede nøgle under skæringen, kan disse fjernes med børsten.
