The establishment of the Agency was inspired by the successful participation of its founders in European projects such as the business support initiative, Twin City projects and partnership projects between statutory and independent organisations in the UK and Russia.
Our objective is to promote the image of our area situated on the border between Europe and Asia. This area has tremendous business opportunities as well as outstanding cultural heritage. Our goal is to assist European companies willing to make links with Russia by offering them our knowledge and expertise.
We believe that it is mainly through education and training that it is possible for future businesses to grow and develop. That is why we focus on European education and business promotion.
