Source text - Italian Alla luce dei fatti il Tribunale adito valuta che la decisione di separarsi é stata univocamente della moglie, con tutte le gravi implicazioni di ordine affettivo ed economico che comporta e che, mentre il Sig. XXX ha ottenuto la pensione per un'invalidità al 100% per un grave incidente occorsogli (indispensabile anche per far fronte alle esigenze di cure e fisiche e psicologiche di cui necessita) ed é privo di alloggio, la moglie gode di ottima salute ed é in grado, data l'età, l'esperienza nel settore dell'abbigliamento e la padronanza della lingua francese, di trovare un'occupazione che le consenta di provvedere economicamente a sé stessa, avendo anche a disposizione l'abitazione della madre ove risiede. Pertanto la misura dell'assegno che in via provvisoria verrà disposto in favore della moglie dovrà servire a far fronte alle strette esigenze di vita, essendo indispensabile che la signora trovi al più presto una occupazione che le consenta, all'età di cinquantaquattro anni, di vivere senza gravare sulla pensione di invalidità del marito.
Tutto ciò premesso il Sig. XXX, come sopra rappresentato e difeso, ricorre all'Ill.mo Tribunale adito affinché, previa fissazione dell'udienza presidenziale di comparizione delle parti, esperito il tentativo di conciliazione ed espletato ogni altro incombente di rito, respinta ogni contraria istanza ed eccezione, voglia:
1. dichiarare la separazione personale dei coniugi;
2. disporre che i coniugi vivano separati con l'obbligo del mutuo rispetto;
3. disporre a favore della moglie un assegno alimentare di euro 300,00 mensili e solo finché la Sig.ra YYY trovi idonea occupazione non potendo gravare sine die sulla pensione di invalidità del marito.
Translation - French A la lumière des faits le Tibunal saisi évalue que la décision de se séparer a été prise uniquement par la femme avec toutes les graves conséquences d'ordre affectif et économique qui implique et que alors que Monsieur Castaldo a reçu une pension d'invalidité à 100%, à cause d'un grave accident qui s'était produit (également nécessaire pour répondre aux besoins physiques et psychologiques dont il nécessite) et il n'a pas de logement, sa femme jouit d'une excellente santé et est tout à fait capable de trouver un emploi, compte tenu de l'age, de l'expérience dans le secteur du vetement et de la maitrise de la langue française, ce qui lui permettrait de pourvoir économiquement à elle-meme, ayant également à sa disposition la maison de sa mère où elle habite. C'est pourquoi le montant de la pension alimentaire, qui sera provisoirement disposé au profit de la femme, devra répondre aux éxigences de sa vie en étant essentiel que Mme YYY trouve le plus rapidement possible un emploi qui lui permette, à 54 ans, de vivre sans plus peser sur la pension d'invalidité de son mari.

Source text - English This correspondence is related to the new European Union (EU) regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, more commonly known as REACH (Regulation, Evaluation, Authorisation of Chemicals).
REACH is the new comprehensive regulatory system for chemicals management in the EU. One of the requirements of REACH is that all substances manufactured in or imported into the EU are registered with the new European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) based in Helsinki, Finland, by certain dates (according to the volume and classification of the substance). In order to “qualify” for these “extended” deadlines, it was necessary to pre-register all phase-in (or existing) substances by December 1, 2008. It is expected that most fuel products will fall into the upper tonnage band (> 1000 tonnes per annum) and will need to be registered by November 30, 2010.
For the products that you supply to ExxonMobil, we would ask that you:
- confirm that all relevant components of these fuel products will have been registered (by you or your supplier) before the 30 November 2010 deadline or
- confirm that registration is not due until later i.e. 2013 or 2018.
Please be advised that for the fuels, and any additives contained in these fuels, we purchase from you, we will assume that you comply with the REACH requirements. Unless you advise us to the contrary, we will assume that you undertake and warrant that all substances that are contained in the product sold and required to be registered under REACH have been pre-registered before December 1, 2008 and if required to be registered by November 30, 2010, will be so registered. Please be informed that such registrations should cover the uses identified in the CONCAWE use maps.
Please note that, upon our request, we expect that you will provide us with the appropriate documentation of the (pre)-registration.
Translation - Italian Questa corrispondenza è relativa al Regolamento (CE) n° 1907/2006 della Nuova Unione Europea (EU), più comunemente noto come REACH (Registrazione, valutazione, autorizzazione e restrizione delle sostanze chimiche).
REACH è il nuovo regolamento comunitario per la gestione delle sostanze chimiche nell'UE. Uno dei requisiti di REACH è che tutte le sostanze prodotte o importate in Europa vengano registrate nella nuova Agenzia Europea delle Sostanze chimiche (ECHA) con sede ad Helsinki, Finlandia, entro i termini prefissati (in base al volume e alla classificazione delle sostanze). Al fine di “beneficiare” di queste “proroghe” dei termini, era necessario preregistrare tutte le sostanze introdotte gradualmente (o esistenti) entro il 1 Dicembre 2008. Si prevede che i prodotti più combustibili finiranno nella fascia di tonnellaggio superiore (>1000 tonnellate l’anno) e dovranno essere registrati entro il 30 Novembre 2010.

Source text - English ExxonMobil will fulfill all of its legal obligations associated with supply of products into all geographies in which it operates - including registration under REACH of all products manufactured in and imported into the European Economic Area(1) by the relevant registration deadline.
Specifically, ExxonMobil expects to register its current range of fuel products and propellants by 1 December 2010, with the exception of commercial propane and butane that are supplied commercially as fuels. ExxonMobil expects to follow the CONCAWE (oil industry trade association) position that commercial propane and butane have not been 'chemically modified' and can therefore be considered to be exempt from the obligation to register. However, the propellant grades offered for sale have to undergo additional processing (some degree of 'chemical modification') and are not therefore considered to be exempt from the obligation to register. ExxonMobil therefore expects to register its propellants grades
ExxonMobil will also seek confirmation from its suppliers that they will register their products and/or additives by the required deadlines.
