It could not have been much, since Raghu earned so little. But the ground did yield treasure. For this was in South Trinidad and the land Bipti had sold so cheaply to Dhari was later found to be rich with oil. And when Mr Biswas working on a feature article for the magazine section of the Sunday Sentinel – Raleigh’s dream come true, said the headline, ‘But the Gold is Black. Only the Earth is Yellow. Only the Bush Green’ – when Mr Biswas looked for the place where he had spent his early years he saw nothing but oil derricks and grimy pumps, see-sawing, endlessly, surrounded by red No Smoking notices. His grandparents’ house had also disappeared, and when huts of mud and grass are pulled down they leave no trace. His navel-string, buried on that inauspicious night, and his sixth finger, buried not long after, had turned to dust. The pond had been drained and the whole swamp region was now a garden city of white wooden bungalows with red roofs, cisterns on tall stilts, and neat gardens.

Source text - English (c) "Balance Date" mean s the 31st day of March or any other date adopted by the Trustee by resolution in writing as the date up to which accounts shall be made in each Income Year.
(d) "Beneficiaries" means all Discretionary Beneficiaries and Final
Beneficiaries
(e) "the Date of Distribution" means:
(i) the date upon which shall expire the period of eighty (80)
years from the date of execution of this deed less one day;
or
(ii) such earlier date or dates as the Trustee may in their absolute discretion by deed appoint in respect of either the
whole or any specified part of the Trust Fund.
(f) "de facto" and "de facto relationship" have the meaning ascribed to those words by section 2D of the Property (Relationships) Act 1976.
(g ) "Discretionary Beneficiaries" means:
(i) XYZ; and/or
(ii) any charitable purpose; and/or
(iii) any other person or persons as the Appointor has appointed pursuant to clause 10.15 or 10.16 as the case may be and, which appointment, in the case of a revocable appointment, has not been revoked; and/or
(iv) any trust for which a Natural Person Beneficiary is a
beneficiary.
(h) "Final Beneficiaries" means those Discretionary Beneficiaries who as at the Final Date of Distribution are living and entitled to share in the Trust Fund as then remains in accordance with the
provisions of clause 6 of this deed.
(i) "Final Date of Distribution" means:
(i) the date upon whi ch shall expire the period of eighty (80)
years from the date of execution of this deed less one day;
or
(ii) such earlier date as the Trustee may in their absolute discretion by deed appoint in respect of either the whole or the then remainder of the Trust Fund.
(j) "Incapacitated" means:
(i) bankrupt; or
(ii) found to be a mentally disord ered person within the meaning of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992; or
(iii) being, or becomes, a protected person under the Protection of Persona l and Property Rights Act 1988; or
(iv) being, or becomes, otherwise incapable of carrying out
fun ctions and duties und er this deed.
(k) "In come Yea r" means any year or period less than a year ending on a Balance Date and any year or period less than a year ending on the Final Date of Distribution.
(l) "Issue" means lineal descendants, whether natural born, adopted or conceived by artificial means.
(m) "Natural Person Beneficiary" means any Discretionary Beneficiary not being a company, a charitable purpose or a trust.
(n) "Perpetuity Period" means the period of eighty (80) years from (and including) the first day of the Trust Period.
(o) "Powers" means any power conferred on the Trustee expressly or by implication under this deed, and any power conferred on the Trustee by law where such power is not contrary to the provisions contained in the clauses of this deed.
(p) "Powers of Appointment" means the powers conferred under
clauses 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4, 10.15 and 10.16 to either appoint Trustees or Beneficiaries.

You require a bond for the Advance Payment.
2 We also understand that you and the Sub-Contractor have entered into an agreement (the “Direct Payment Agreement” with (Company, Address) (the “Employer”) in accordance with which the Employer may make payments to the Sub-Contractor on your behalf and the Sub-Contractor is obliged to treat such payments in all respects as though they were made by you.
