Source text - English The horizontal elements of this system are produced as “pressing”. Its erection and demount is quick and easy. At the flange points where horizontal element and pillar interlock, intersection mouth is opened on horizontal element. Connection can be achieved to the flange from eight directions. It can be used at different dimensions horizontally and vertically. It is generally preferred as facade scaffolding for indoor installation, decoration and restoration (renewal) works. It can also be used as load-bearing (for light loads) under formworks whose floor thickness is 11-12 cm. It has the facility to conform to flanges on the props for any kind of facade design. The vertical elements of the system having the thickness of 3mm and horizontal elements of 2.5mm are made up of ISO certified standard pipes with the diameter of 48.3 mm. The wedges have 7 mm thickness.

Source text - English 1. The amounts resulted from application of the penalties provided for in this article shall be collected in the knowledge of the Labour inspectors.
2. The employer shall have the right to suspend the employee from his work provisionally if the interest of the investigation with him requires so. The suspended employee shall be paid half of the work compensation during the suspension period. If the dismissal penalty was inflicted on him, his service shall be terminated from the date of suspension, with retention of the compensation which he has received.
3. Anyone who contradicts the provisions of Articles (6, 7, and 55) of this Law shall be amerced by a financial fine not les than one thousand Libyan Dinars and not more than two thousand Libyan Dinars.
4. Anyone who contradicts the provisions of Articles (13, 24, 27, 28, 38, and 39) of this Law shall be amerced by a financial fine not les than five hundred Libyans Dinars and not more than one thousand Libyan Dinars.
5. Anyone who offends the provisions of the Sections One and Three of this Law, Rules and Decisions issued for implementation thereof, shall be amerced by a financial fine not less than Two hundred Libyan Dinars and not more than five hundred Libyan Dinars. In all the cases the fine shall be multiplied by multiplication of those on whom the contradiction is fallen. In addition, the Labour inspectors shall prevent continuation of the contradiction by administrative methods. The amounts resulted from application of the penalties provided for in this article shall be collected in the knowledge of the Labour inspectors
