Elemento 1 : costruito preferibilmente in alluminio che viene agganciato per una persona di altezza media (180 cm) al sestultimo gradino. Tale elemento rimane parallelo ai montanti della scala in posizione di riposo e ruotando verso l’esterno di circa 90° si mette in posizione di lavoro.
E’ composto da due piastre A uguali, uno scalino B, due piastre con asola C e due distanziali regolabili D.
Le piastre A appoggiano ciascuno su due gradini, l’asola inferiore scarica tutto il peso verticale e parte dell’orizzontale mentre l’asola superiore scarica solamente il peso orizzontale.
Questo maggior interasse tra le asole permette l’aggancio dell’elemento 1 a scale con alzata diversa.
Le piastre A si agganciano ai gradini tramite due asole ciascuno. Oltre all’aggancio sono fermati al gradino tramite viti di sicurezza che impediscano lo sfilamento dell’elemento 1
Translation - Italian Element 1: Aluminium element which is hooked to the sixth from last step for a person of middle height (180 cm). This element is parallel to the ladders posts when it is still and it works rotating toward the external side of around 90°. It is composed of two same plates A, a step B, two plates with slots C and two adjustable spacers D.
The plates A lay each one on two steps, the lower slot unloads the whole vertical weight and some of the horizontal weight, while the higher slot unloads only the horizontal weight.
This better connection between the two slots allows to hook element 1 to different rise ladders.
The plates A are hooked to the steps with two slots. The hook and safety screws fix the element to the step to prevent the element 1 unthreading.
