Source text - English The week - long training seminar underscores the operation aspect of Brunswick’s Mold Handling and Dispensing System by providing insight into the common interactions, among different functions, within the Conveyor, Metering and Dispensing systems. It begins with a brief introduction to the theory of operations, distributed by system components, including an overview of the Main Operator Interface Terminal (OIT) with Recipe loading. The tutorial then highlights Operator and System Station interactions, Gantry configuration, Mix Head calibration, and maintenance, E-Stops, lock out Tag Out and Shut down processes. Through out the course, we will point out and note safety and maintenance as they become apparent. The course provides Mastery Performance Checklists to ensure all clear objectives are covered.
Translation - Spanish El seminario de entrenamiento, con duración de una semana, enfatiza el aspecto operativo del sistema dispensador y de manipulación de moldes de Brunswick, al proveer una visión sobre las interacciones comunes, con respecto a varias funciones, con el conveyor, Dosificador y los Dispensadores. Empieza con una presentación rápida sobre la teoría de operaciones, distribuida en torno a los componentes del sistema, incluyendo un resumen del interfaz principal del operador (OIT) con la carga de Recetas. El curso entonces remarca las interacciones entre las estaciones de los operadores con los del sistema, la configuración del puente (Gantry), la calibración del cabezal mezclador, mantenimiento, paradas de emergencia, Lock Out, y proceso de apagado. From there, he moved to Lima, Peru to assist in the construction of multiple low income housing projects and the installation of three tube making plants. During this time, Mr. González also served as principal interpreter / translator to multiple national and foreign corporations, traveling to Japan, South Korea, France, Chile, Brazil, México and often to the United States. In addition, he assisted many executives traveling to Lima with methods to culturally adapt to their temporary environment. On a personal level, Mr. González enjoys reading Latin American authors with an interest in North American culture. Being born to a well know musician from Mexico, he listens to the fusion of cultures through music and is passionate about change. He speaks and writes Spanish and English fluently.
