Source text - English 6. TERMINATION AND DEFAULT.
In the event of a default hereunder, the non-defaulting party may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion by delivering written notice to the other Party, such termination shall be effective upon the date of delivery of notice. The non-defaulting party may pursue any and all legal or equitable remedies provided by law or pursuant to this Agreement including damages related to the need to procure replacement power by Buyer, and to Seller suspending deliveries of Electric Energy to Buyer under the Agreement. The rights provided in this Section are cumulative such that the exercise of one or more rights shall not constitute a waiver of any other rights.
7. ASSIGNMENT - This AGREEMENT shall be binding on the successors and assigns of both parties. Neither party shall assign or subcontract any interest herein without the written consent of the other.

• Approximately 2 teaspoons of blood will be taken for safety laboratory tests. Additional blood samples may be taken if your doctor feels it is necessary.
• Report any side effects or problems you are having
• Report any medications you have been taking since your last visit

• You will complete a questionnaire that will ask how you are feeling
• Collected blood will be tested for CPK and bilirubin levels.
• You will be asked if you would like to participate in some additional research. If you agree to give a voluntary blood sample for DNA research an extra 2 teaspoonfuls (10ml) of blood will be collected at Day 1 of Cycle 1. This additional research is optional and it is up to you whether you want to participate or not. If you would like to participate in this additional research, you will be asked to complete a separate consent form.
• A CT or MRI will be done to measure tumor response to therapy approximately every 6 weeks for the first 36 weeks, then every 9 weeks as standard of care, by your doctor’s normal standards and may be conducted more often if your doctor feels it is necessary.

Source text - English WHAT IS MRSA?
All persons have bacteria on their skin and in their body. This is normal and many times helpful. When the bacteria multiply with no signs or symptoms of infection or disease it is called colonization.Staphylococcus aureus (Staph) is one of the bacteria that may colonize in the human nose.
Sometimes the Staph bacteria changes into Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). MRSA can cause serious infections such as wound infections, urinary tract infections, pneumonia or even bloodstream infections.
MRSA is not more contagious than other types of Staph, but fewer antibiotics are successful at treating it.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT TO ME?
The risk of a MRSA infection goes up the more time a patient spends in a healthcare facility. Seriously ill or debilitated patients are generally less able to defend themselves against infection.
People who are colonized or infected with MRSA can be at increased riskof an infection, as well as spreading it to other people, and to surfaces in a hospital room.
Invasive procedures or devices (such as, surgery and open wounds, indwelling catheters, gastric/endotracheal tubes, surgical drains and pacemakers) create an ideal access for MRSA.
IS THERE A TEST FOR MRSA?
Yes, the only way to test for MRSA colonization is with a nasal culture. This willbe done by a swab of the inside of your nose.
This is usually done at the same time as your preoperative blood work and x rays
