In erflaters uiterste wilsbeschikkingen is naar blijk van drie door de kinderen ondertekende boedelvolmachten berust.
Mitsdien is ....................voornoemd, voor zich en als executeur testamentair, bevoegd en gerechtigd om, zonder medewerking van anderen, alle waarden en vorderingen behorende tot de ontbonden huwelijksgoederengemeenschap, waarin begrepen de nalatenschap van erflater, op te eisen en in ontvangst te nemen en om voor het ontvangene kwijting te verlenen.

Acceptance and authorization
As appears from three powers of attorney in respect of the estate, signed by the children, the testator’s last wills have been accepted.
Therefore the said ....................., on her own behalf and as executor, is authorized and entitled, without cooperation of others, to claim and receive all the assets and claims forming part of the dissolved matrimonial property including the testator’s estate and to grant discharge for the receipt.
