We are a multilingual translation agency based in Tokyo, Japan.
We offer a wide variety of services* in around 50 languages.
*Translation, Overseas Research, Interpretation, Game Translation/Localization, DTP, etc.

History

2006: Amitt was established. Started service as an Asian language translation company.

2007: Relocated head office to Shinkawa, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Started overseas research business.

2008: Started European (including Eastern European and Scandinavian) language service.

2010: Started hiring of new graduates.

2012: Reached 40 languages handled and 2000 registered translators and interpreters.

2013: Relocated head office to Nihonbashi Kayabacho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

2014: Started multilingual DTP business.

2016: Relocated head office to Nihonbashi Kabutocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Exhibited at "Inbound Japan 2016".

2017: Started recruitment briefings and internships for university students, Introduced UTM to strengthen internal information security.

2019: Acquired the ISO17100 Certificate of the International Standard for Translation Services.
