I am a confident and efficient linguist with primary language pairs of Spanish > English and Portuguese > English. I have 15 years' tuition in languages, a degree in Latin American Studies, and extensive time spent living and working in Latin America.

I am a dynamic and creative language professional with experience in both public and private sector businesses, creative writing, editing, proofreading, and of course, top-notch translation.

I have previous experience in translating for the United Nations as well as for a Mexican academic journal.

Clients within the past year alone include governments of several Latin American countries, and reputable businesses such as Kentucky Fried Chicken, Antarctica Films, Barceló Hotels and a number of legal firms. I have a wide range of experience and a proven track record of high quality which is reflected in the excellent feedback I have received from clients.

I have four years' experience in the public sector as a Deputy Manager of Medical Administration, and I apply this specific knowledge of the maritime, occupational health, and medical fields to other areas of translation expertise such as business, law, and non-governmental bodies.

This experience and knowledge is built on the firm foundations of outstanding language skills you would expect of a Latin American Studies graduate (with Honours).
