Source text - English 28.3 It is hereby expressly agreed between the parties that each of the restrictions contained in this Agreement is reasonably necessary for the protection of the Training & Support Provider, the Licensor and its other licensees and franchisees and of the System and the Intellectual Property and does not unreasonably interfere with the freedom of action of any of the Licensee or Individuals who each enter into this Agreement with the benefit of legal advice in full knowledge of all the provisions hereof and each of the Licensee and Individuals hereby acknowledges that all such provisions are fair and reasonable and that in entering into this Agreement he accepts no more onerous restrictions than those to which he would otherwise have been subject prior to entering into this Agreement.
