R = Relentless: Those who are going to be successful are those who are unstoppable. They must be relentless in building relationships and relentless in trying to make things happen.
In order to make things happen, there is another "R"
R = Resourceful: Successful networkers create resources. When looking into the future, people value strategic relationships and begin to organize an army of alliances that will help them write their own ticket. Whether you are a corporate executive or a business owner, you want to create a strategy in networking where you will not have to be pushed in the door but people will pull you in.
In networking, it is important to keep asking for help. Don't be afraid to ask for help because it's not a sign of weakness but a sign that you want to remain strong. Always remember that the person you're asking for help must have some value to help solve the problem. Don't just be a taker, but a giver of information.

THIS MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made as of the ____ day of ____________, 2002 (?Execution Date?), by and between XX, (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") and ZZ (hereinafter referred to as the "Agent").
W I T N E S S E T H :
For and in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Engagement. Source text - English A medical student, Jay McLean, who was attempting to isolate thromboplastin that promotes coagulation, discovered heparin in 1916. Approximately 20 years later it was widely used clinically.
McLean found that certain extracts of tissues contained a substance that prevented instead of promoted coagulation. He and his mentor, Professor W. H. Howell, named this substance "heparin" because of its abundance in the liver (hepar). High concentrations were also found to be present in other tissues notably bovine lung and the walls of porcine intestines (mucosa), the two most common sources of commercial heparin today.
Heparin Products
BDVS Heparin products are made in a variety of draw volumes. There are three different salts of heparin, all of which are powerful anticoagulants: (1) lithium, (2) sodium and (3) ammonium. Porcine intestine mucosa is the source of heparin in BDVS tubes.
Heparin is dispensed into the tubes as an aqueous solution. The amount of Heparin dispensed varies with the tube size and type, to assure an additive to blood ratio of 10 to 30 USP units that meets the NCCLS requirements throughout the stated shelf life. Heparin activity or potency can be measured in either USP (United States Pharmacopea) Units or I. U. (International Units). Although the units are roughly equivalent, they are not identical and do not convert on an absolute scale. The product is available in glass and plastic tubes. Conventional stoppers and HEMOGARDâ„¢ closures are identified by a solid green color unique to the tube contents.

La cantidad de heparina que se suministra varía según el tamaño y el tipo del tubo a fin de asegurar una proporción de aditivos en sangre de 10 a 30 unidades USP que cumpla con la normativa del NCCLS(1) hasta su fecha de vencimiento. La actividad o potencia de la heparina se puede medir en unidades USP (Farmacopea de los Estados Unidos de América) o en U.I. (Unidades Internacionales). A pesar de que las unidades son más o menos equivalentes no son idénticas y no se convierten según una escala absoluta. El producto se presenta en tubos de vidrio o de plástico.
