Source text - Romanian Regimul economic reprezinta conditiile economice si legale (sistem economic, drept economic) sub auspiciul carora se deruleaza viata economica.
Sistemul economic din Germania este un sistem al economiei de piata. Acest sistem practicat, cunoscut sub numele de "economie de piata sociala", reuneste principiul economiei libere de piata cu ideea fundamentala a raspunderii sociale. Economia de piata este caracterizata de:
- decizii libere legate de consum, economisire si investitii,
- liberalizarea pretului,
- concurenta,
- proprietate privata,
- libera alegere a meseriei si a locului de munca.
In economia de piata sociala statul creeaza cadrul ce asigura libertatea individuala si economica si echilibrarea intereselor individuale si de grup cu interesele colective (binele colectiv). Misiunea statului este astfel:
- asigurarea conditiilor de libera concurenta (politica concurentiala),
- asigurarea sigurantei sociale (politica sociala),
- impiedicarea fluctuatiilor economice majore (politica conjuncturala),
- sprijinirea anumitor regiuni sau domenii economice (sectoare) in dezvoltarea lor (politica structurala, politica de mediere).

Unter der Wirtschaftsordnung werden die wirtschaftlichen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen (Wirtschaftssystem, Wirtschaftsrecht) verstanden, unter denen das Wirtschaftsleben abläuft.
Das Wirtschaftssystem in Deutschland ist ein marktwirtschaftliches System. Das unter der Bezeichnung "soziale Marktwirtschaft" praktizierte System verbindet das Prinzip der freien Marktwirtschaft mit den Grundgedanken sozialer Verantwortung. Marktwirtschaft ist gekennzeichnet durch:
- freie Konsum-, Spar- und Investitionsentscheidungen,
- freie Preisbildung,
- Wettbewerb,
- privates Eigentum,
freie Wahl des Berufes und des Arbeitsplatzes.
In der sozialen Marktwirtschaft schafft der Staat den Rahmen, der die individuellen wirtschaftlichen Freiheitsrechte sichert und den Ausgleich von Einzel- bzw. Gruppeninteressen und Gesamtinteressen (Gemeinwohl) gewährleistet. Aufgabe des Staates ist es,
- den freien Wettbewerb zu sichern (Wettbewerbspolitik),
- soziale Sicherung zu gewährleisten (Sozialpolitik),
- größere gesamtwirtschaftliche Schwankungen zu verhindern (Konjunkturpolitik),
- bestimmte Regionen oder Wirtschaftsbereiche (Sektoren) in ihrer Entwicklung zu beeinflussen (Strukturpolitik, Mittelstandspolitik).

I graduated the Translation Module from the West University of Timisoara, Faculty of Letters, English Language and Literature - German Language and Literature in 2005. In the last 10 years I worked as translator and proofreader for German Language in two major companies in Timisoara, both specialized in the field of book publishing and editing (SC Datagroup Int. SRL and Arhebis Digital Systems SRL).
Over these 10 years I have done mostly translations related to my job (translation of job-tickets, documentations) and assured the communication with some of the customers, as I was also, for 6 years, team coordinator and team leader.
