Born in
Dublin, Ireland I grew up with a love for foreign languages. I attended a
German secondary school and began learning Spanish as part of a B.A. in
European Studies at Trinity College Dublin. Since then I have gone on to
successfully complete an M.A. in Conference Interpreting, which has helped me
to develop important communication skills and learn about the theory and
practice of interpreting. I have 12 years of professional translation
experience in the fields of e-commerce, marketing, dictionary and website
translations. I currently work with Spanish and European clients. I primarily
translate texts about alternative medicine and proofread and translate texts
related to new motorcycle products. My aim as a translator is to always produce
accurate, timely and top quality translations, while always keeping in mind the
importance of cultural references.
