I offer translation, proofreading, post-editing, revision and audio-visual translation services into English (UK and US), from French and Spanish (European and Latin American variants).

I am a native speaker of UK English, and completed my degree in July 2013. I also spent my Erasmus year abroad at the Institut Supérieur de Traducteurs et Interprètes in Brussels.

To date, I have professionally translated and proofed countless projects from my two source languages, for agency and private clients in the following fields, among others:

- legal: company, international organisation, bank, government and police procedures, documents, contracts, legislation, opinions and court rulings, including certification
- medical: patient information and packaging leaflets for medicines, medical records, medical certificates, clinical trial documentation, correspondence
- travel and tourism: marketing literature (websites, leaflets, brochures), guidebooks, advertisements, coupons
- academic: arts, art history, education, social sciences essays; dissertation abstracts, transcripts, certificates, CVs, references, correspondence
- business presentations, reference manuals, correspondence, and marketing (architecture/design, telecoms, utility, cosmetics/beauty companies)
- finance: general, anti-money laundering/anti-financing of terrorism, asset management, microfinance/international development, tenders and offers

I am comfortable using CAT tools. I use SDL Trados Studio 2014 wherever possible. I also use Swordfish so I can work with ttx and tml if necessary. I use my own and proprietary TMs and termbases wherever available, and fully understand tag management, including in HTML and XML.
