Da un esame di carattere generale dei diritti e delle libertà fondamentali, si passerà ad illustrare le fonti del diritto e, successivamente, gli organi costituzionali e di rilevanza costituzionale dell'ordinamento giuridico italiano. La trattazione si propone inoltre di prendere in esame l'attuale organizzazione sanitaria, dal contesto costituzionale alla legislazione ordinaria.
Translation - English The purpose of this course is depicting, in an overall view, the basic principles of public law. The main topics will be a general examination of fundamental rights and freedoms, an overview of sources of law and, thereafter, the constitutional organs and those with constitutional importance in the Italian juridical system. Current healthcare organisation will be examined as well, from constitutional context to ordinary law.
