Writing, translating, revising and (final) editing

Since 2007, I am a freelance journalist, editor and writer for several media in the Netherlands. In 2013, I started working as a freelance translator. I translate texts from English into Dutch and from Dutch into English. My experience as writer and journalist lends my translations a recognizable fluency. I specialize in the fields of sustainability, nature, environment, culture, religion, traveling (by bicycle) and human interest.

I am an experienced copywriter and I am specialized in interviews, portraits (of companies), reportage, advertorials, press releases, newsletters and book reviews. I am also experienced in editing or revising papers, articles for journals, magazines or websites, newsletters and walking guides.
