En application de l’arrêté ministériel n.1250/CAB/MIN/SP/010/AQ/2007 du juillet 2007 tel que modifié et complété par l’arrêté ministériel n.1250/CAB/MIN/SP/020/IT/2007 du 28 décembre 2007 portant mesures applicables à l’usage et à la consommation du tabac, des produits du tabac et de ses dérivés et, conformément à la note circulaire du secrétaire General de la sante public n.1251/SG/1181/2008 du 16 mai 2008 relative aux modalités d’application des arrêtés, susvisés,le présent acte de validation provisoire est délivré à l’exploitant’’EDJIRA’’,Route ABA,Q/Ozua, commune Aru, Province Orientale qui a rempli les conditions requises pour la marque’’MTK Cigarettes’’ K enya,distribuee par l’Etablissement EDJIRA.
Marque enregistrée au Ministère de la sante Publique et autorise en vue d’être mise en consommation sur le marché de la République Démocratique Du Congo.
VALIDITE :
-Le présent acte est valide pour une durée d’une année sur toute l’étendue de la RDC, à dater de sa signature, son renouvellement aura lieu au terme de cette période,
-Cet acte n’est pas cessible et est valable exclusivement pour l’Etablissement EDJIRA telle qu’identifiée et enregistrée en nos livres.

PROVISIONAL VALIDATION ACT-PNLCT/DN/095/2014
Pursuant to Ministerial Decree No.1250/CAB/MIN/SP/010/AQ/2007 of July 2007 as amended and supplemented by ministerial order No.1250/CAB/MIN/020/IT/2007 of 28th December 2007 establishing measures applicable to the use and consumption of tobacco, tobacco products and its derivatives, and pursuant to the circular note of the Secretary General to the Public Health no.1251/SG/1181/2008 of May 16th ,2008 on detailed rules for the application of the orders, mentioned above, this Act of provisional validation is issued to the operator “EDJIRA”,Aba street,Q/Ozua, Aru Distict,Eastern Province, which satisfied the conditions required for the brand” “MTK Cigarettes “Kenya, distributed by EDJIRA enterprises.
The brand is registered with the Ministry of Public Health and allowed to be put into the consumption market of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
VALIDITY:
-This Act is valid for a period of one year on all the extent of the DRC, from the date of its signature; its renewal will take place at the end of this period.
-This Act is not transferable and is valid only for the EDJIRA establishment as identified and recorded in our books.

I have mastery of both the English and French languages. I have a Bachelors degree of Teaching French as a foreign language. I also possess DALF C1 French qualification issued by the French government. I am currently teaching French in a high school in Kenya. As for English, it is the official language in Kenya and also the language of instruction where I schooled for 16 years, 8 years primary level, 4 years high school and 4 years at the university.
Also, I have 3 years experience in translation where I was translating company documents of my employer from French to English and vice versa. Added to this I have worked in DR Congo for over 5 years where I mastered the French language.
Thus, I am capable of translating French to English documents and vice versa at reasonable rates and within the given time frame.

J'ai la maîtrise des langues anglaises et françaises. J'ai une licence du français langue étrangère et à l’heure actuelle je suis professeur de français dans un lycée au Kenya. En outre, j'ai 3 ans d'expérience dans la traduction où je traduisais des documents de ma société de français vers l’anglais et vice-versa. Ajoutez à cela, j'ai travaillé en RD Congo pour plus de 4 ans où j'ai maîtrisé la langue française. Ainsi, je suis capable de traduire les documents français-anglais et vice-versa aux taux raisonnables et dans la tranche de temps donnée.
