Source text - Dutch Met de volgende vragen willen we een beeld krijgen van de problemen en zorgen die je kind en je gezin ervaren. Jouw antwoorden moeten de evaluerend arts helpen om te beslissen of, en zo ja in welke mate, je kind een specifieke ondersteuningsbehoefte heeft.
Neem rustig de tijd om de vragenlijst in te vullen en probeer de situatie van je kind zo nauwkeurig mogelijk te beschrijven. Je kan de vragenlijst ook laten invullen door iemand die de situatie van je kind goed kent (bv. iemand van de school, een medewerker van het OCMW of het ziekenfonds, ...).
Vul alleen in wat voor het kind van toepassing is. Voeg, als je daarover beschikt, ook recente (onderzoeks)verslagen toe (bv. van je huisarts, specialist, kinesist, logopedist, revalidatiecentrum, thuisbegeleiding, psycholoog, CLB, ...).

A kérdőív kitöltésére nyugodtan szánjon elegendő időt, és kérjük, próbálja meg gyermeke helyzetét minél pontosabban leírni. A kérdőívet bárki kitöltheti, aki jól ismeri a gyermek helyzetét (pl. az iskolában dolgozik, szociális gondozó…..stb).

I started translating, subtitling for TED on a voluntary basis. After doing so I have followed and completed a postgraduation course in translation studies from Dutch and English to Hungarian.
I mostly do subtitling for the film / TV- industry or small marketing / healthcare related texts.
In 2008 I have translated 2 travel guidebooks of Eyewitness (Barcelona and Münich) from EN - HU;
In 2017 worked for Netflix via Synthesis media subtitling movie Bang the Bert Berns story EN -HU
In 2018 did the translation of the script of episodes of De Luizenmoeder dutch TV -series NL-HU and completed postgradual course on translation.
Currently I am participating in a mentor-program translating children's literature and short stories NL-HU.
