Senior
Project Manager – The project manager assigned to your
project will be in charge of all the project queries from the beginning to the
end of the project. He acts as a liaison
between the project managers, client and vendor and ensures he gets a full
understanding of client expectations in the project and ensures the same
project delivery meets all quality metrics as speculated in the Service Level
Agreement.

Manager-The project manager channels the necessary
resources to enable the execution of different projects. He/she also assigns
tasks to the teams to ensure fluidity in the flow of work. After translating
tasks, the project manager delivers the ready materials to the clients and
waits for their feedback. They listen out to suggestions of adjustments on the
particular tasks completed and inform the responsible translator or translation
team of the client's needs to ensure total satisfaction of our most valued
clients. Finally, the project manager is the tasked to ensure the quick
delivery of work to the clients.

The responsible editors ensure that the translated material is correct in
grammar and grammatical expressions. The editor is the bridge between a well-translated

Reviewers- These are native linguists who are experienced in
doing Linguistic Validation of translated texts done by fellow
translators. They do Forward, Back and
Reconciled translations to come up with a final outfit that fits client’s

Graders-These are linguists who have mastery in their
different languages and provide Language Testing and Grading in their different
languages.

Transcribers-
These are linguists that convert audio to text in their native languages or
English as per client request.

Project Work Flow
1) Reception
of the document from the client
2) Revision
of the instructions with the client to ensure that there is clarity of
direction for our translator.
3) Assigning
the task to the appropriate translator through the project manager, to ensure
that the client is involved in the step-by-step translation of the work
4) Submitting
the work to the desktop publishing specialist to rectify the format, text, and
graphical display consistent with the original work.
5) Passing
on the work to the quality assurance specialist to ensure that the translated
work has the quality required and is not in violation of any codes of the
translated language.
6) The
editor revises the work as per set criteria.
7) The
final step is the submission of the final work to the client by the project manager.
The project manager then waits for any concerns raised by the client for
further improvements.
