English to Arabic: Alternative Care plan / خطة الرعاية البديلة General field: Medical Detailed field: General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
Source text - English 1.1 Aim of the plan and summary of timetable
2 The Local Authority have been directed to file a care plan outlining the package of support should Zafi be returned home to Ms. Abdulkadir’s care following the final hearing. The Local Authority’s proposed final care plan is still for a full care order to be made in respect of Zafi Khaleel, however below is an outline of the support and services that could be offered to Ms Abdulkadir and Zafi should the court not endorse the final care plan filed in these proceedings.
3 Zafi has been in Ms Suhad Mohammed’s and her husband’s care since September 2019.
4 The Local Authority respectfully asks the court to refer to the final care plan filed on 09 April 2020 for full information regarding the proceedings.
5 The Local Authority is clear that should Zafi be returned home and any further concerns arise in respect of Ms Abdulkadir’s care of Zafi, the Local Authority will review the situation and consider returning the matter to court.
6 The overall aim of this Care Plan is to secure Zafi’s future in the event that he returns to the care of his mother. It should be noted that the Local Authority believes that it is likely Zafi’s security cannot be safeguarded in the longer term if he is placed back in his mother’s care.
Section 2: Child’s needs including contact
2.1 The child’s identified needs, including needs arising from race, culture, religion or language, special education, health or disability
1 Zafi is a Black Sudanese 12-year-old boy born on 16/03/2007 to parents Ms Abdulkadir and Mr Alsadig Alzafir. Zafi has a diagnosis of autism and a moderate learning Disability. Zafi attends a specialist school in Brighton and Hove, although he is now living in London but still registered at Downs View Specialist School. He has been receiving specialist tutoring whilst he has been living in London but this had paused due to restrictions on movement linked to the Covid-19 Pandemic but has now been reinstated with a different tutor who is not in the “sheltering” group.
Translation - Arabic 1.1
