10 years of experience in translating, in total over 20 years of working experience in international companies.

Completed the Language gymnasium in Zagreb, with focus on German and English (also basics in Italian and Latin). 

Graduated at the Faculty of economics in Zagreb with an excellent grade, major in Finance. During my university education I had been working as a student teaching demonstrator for the English language.

 I´ve been continuously studying and perfecting languages in Cambridge and Vienna. After years of working for international companies in different countries, I´ve acquired a C2 proficiency level for both, English (Certificate of Proficiency in English, University of Cambridge) and German language (CPE Diplom, Goethe Institut).

In 2010 I acquired a title of Court interpreter for German and English language. I have been translating and interpreting in the following language pairs: Eng-De; De- Eng; Eng- Cro; Cro-Eng; De-Cro, Cro-De. Croatian is my native language.

My expertise covers the following areas: Business and Economics, Corporative communications, Law, Medicine, Marketing and IT sector. In my work I focus on quality and excellent customer/client experience.

In my extensive work in Customer service management, I´ve learned how to understand and serve customers. This knowledge is for me the starting point for any interaction with the customer.

As a member of Association of Court Interpreters and Translators (ACIT) in Croatia (Društvo sudskih tumača i prevoditelja) and Croatian Chamber of Commerce (Zajednica za prevoditeljstvo, HGK), I actively participate in the Translators/Interpreters Community within different projects and working groups. 

I have extensive experience in translating/interpreting for companies, courts and individuals and continuously participate in seminars and trainings to perfect my knowledge and expertise.
