Since 2001, in addition to being a published author, I've also been working as a freelance translator with individual clients as well as a contractor for commercial companies and publishers. Both my BA in French Language and Literature (from the National and Kappodistrian University of Athens) and my MA (from the Hellenic Open University) in Creative Writing, had a very strong focus on translation, literary translation, translation techniques and methodological approaches. After being thus heavily invested in professional and academic writing, I am able to combine almost two decades of practical, hands-on experience in translation with a solid academic background - something which translates (pardon the pun) into my ability to provide my clients with exceptionally high quality services in a most timely and deadline-friendly fashion.
