खंड एक

.......... कंपनी से मुझे एक निर्धारित मासिक वेतन 1800 कतरी रियाल मिलेगा और काम करने का समय 12 घंटे प्रति दिन होगा और काम की सूची के अनुसार एक सप्ताह में एक दिन की छुट्टी मिलेगी। कर्मचारी को प्रार्थना करने और भोजन करने और आराम करने के लिए समय (ब्रेक) पाने का अधिकार होगा – इसका कुल समय एक घंटे से कम नहीं होगा और यह काम के घंटे में नहीं गिना जाएगा।

लापरवाही या ठीक से कम न करना या आलस या निर्देशों के प्रति इंकार करना या मेरी तरफ से मेजबान कंपनी में ऑर्डर की डिलीवरी (ड्यूटी) के आदेशों को नहीं मनाने का बहाना करना या एक सही कारण के बिना कार्य अनुसूची के अनुसार मेजबान कंपनी में ड्यूटी के लिए उपस्थित नहीं होना (मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट), बीमारी के लिए छुट्टी लेने के मामले में हमाद मेडिकल कॉरपोरेशन के किसी एक अस्पताल या कंपनी मैनेजमेंट द्वारा अनुमोदित किसी भी मेडिकल अथॉरिटी द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित मंजूरी नहीं देना या मेजबान कंपनी में कार्य स्थल पर उपस्थित होने में देरी या 15 तक मोबाइल द्वारा निर्देश प्राप्त न करना या समय से पहले कार्य स्थल को छोड़ना या बिना अनुमति के निर्दिष्ट समय से पहले वापस जाना या कार्य स्थल पर अपने सीनियर या सहकर्मियों के पास गलत दावा करना (बताना), …………… कंपनी के साथ मेरे इस समझौते को कोई क्षतिपूर्ति या भुगतान दिए बिना समाप्त कर देगा और मेरा दोहा में या इसके बाहर उनके साथ किसी भी अधिकार या ज़िम्मेदारी का दावा करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा।
खंड तीन
………………………… कंपनी, मेरे साथ अपने रोजगार अनुबंध की अवधि के दौरान मुझे आवास प्रदान करेगी, और यह आवास केवल अपने श्रमिकों के लिए आवंटित किया गया है और इसमें किसी भी मेहमान या रिश्तेदारों या अनजान लोगों को लाना बिलकुल निषिद्ध है, और इसके अंदर धूम्रपान करने और साथ ही किसी भी मादक पेय या ड्रग्स पर भी पूर्ण प्रतिबंध है और इसमें घुटनों से ऊपर या शरीर के ऊपरी आधे हिस्से को ढंकने वाले कपड़े पहनकर अपने आवास से बाहर जाना भी निषिद्ध है।

Translation - English Work Regulation Rules at MIS Delivery Services Company
I, the undersigned………………………………………., ………………National, Qatari ID No………………., Passport No……………………..hereby confirm that, I have read all the clauses of the following regulation pertaining to …………………….company, and I have understood everything mentioned in it, and I confirm that I am committed to implement all the clauses stated in it fully, and that I will not have any right to object or to retreat from or to breach any of the clauses found in this regulation later, and if I do so, my contract of commitment with the company ………….will (become) void, and I will not be entitled for claiming any rights or liabilities with them whether inside Doha or outside.
Clause One:
Agreement has been made between…………………company, C.R.No………………..and me, ……………………National, Qatari ID No…………………., Passport No……………..to work with them as a motorbike driver and to perform the task of delivery according to the work requirements of the company……………..which is the host company which has a contract with ……………………….company, and I confirm that I shall follow and implement all the terms and conditions and rules of the host company
The monthly salary fixed for me from the company………….. is 1800 Qatari Riyal and the number of working hours is 12 hours per day and one rest day in a week according to the work schedule. The employee will be entitled to get time (breaks) for performing prayers and for having meals and rest – a total time of not less than one hour and it will not be considered in the working hours calculation.
The main work place shall be at the site of the host company, however, I may be requested to work from out of that place, from time to time, for business or organizational reasons as being decided by the host company
Clause Two
The monthly salary agreed shall be 1800 Qatari Riyal in addition to 200 Riyal as food allowance to me, at the beginning of every Gregorian month from the date: 1/6/2020 to 1/12/2021 and this salary is connected to the fact that I shall deliver 15 delivery request for the host company per day, and in regard to any number of requests exceeding 15 delivery request per day, the company shall pay 2 Riyal as an additional incentive which will be paid at the end of every three months
The negligence or inaction or abstention or laziness or refusal to implement the instructions or malingering from performing the (duty of) delivery orders at the host company from my side or not attending for duty at the host company according to the work schedule without a good reason (medical certificate) signed by one of the hospitals of the Hamad Medical Corporation or any medical authority approved by the company management for approving the sick leave, or delay in attending the work place at the host company or in receiving instructions by mobile up to 15 minutes or leaving the work place or going back before the specified time without permission or by claiming (telling) lies to the heads or colleagues whereby lagging the work, will expose this agreement of mine with the company …………………….to immediate cancellation without having the right for any compensations or rights inside Doha or outside
Clause Three
………………………….company shall provide me accommodation throughout the period of my employment contract with it, and this accommodation is allocated only for its workers and it is strictly prohibited to receive any visitors or relatives or known people inside it, and smoking is prohibited inside it, as well as brining in any alcoholic drinks or drugs and it is also prohibited to go out from the accommodation door in inappropriate dress such as shorts above knees or by not wearing the dresses covering the upper half part of the body
Any deliberate attempt for destroying or negligence in the contents of the company accommodation from my side shall expose me to immediate termination of my contract with the company……… without having the right for claiming any rights or liabilities.
Similarly, any dragging or verbal or by hand quarrelling (by words or by gestures) with any one – either the employer or the manager or any of the workers of the company or those who share the accommodation during the work or outside the work places shall lead to immediate termination of the contract without having any right for claiming any rights or liabilities from the company.
Clause Four
In case of occurrence of an accident or damage blamed on the vehicle (bike) or by messing with it, or damaging it, and the driver is borne the responsibility of that (act) by the authorities such as scratches, or damages in the paint or breakage of front glass, I shall be obliged to pay all the expenses resulting from that damage in addition to a fine of 200 Qatari Riyal per every day the vehicle is halted from work for repairing this damage.
In case of my violation of the traffic law such as driving on the opposite track, or jumping the red signal, or driving on the sand dunes, or driving on off roads, or on the beaches, or failing to comply with the provisions of vehicle protection and durability, or excessive exceeding of the speed limits on the roads, or overtaking from right side, or driving rashly or parking the bike in a prohibited area, I shall be bound to pay all the fine amounts or the costs resulting from the expenses of maintenance for that even in the case of notification (arriving) after the return of the bike
I confirm that I have received the vehicle type……………..model…………..No………in excellent condition, as I am the first rider on that and I undertake to safeguard it and not to make it dirty or make it to have bad smell, otherwise I will be responsible and shall bear all and every responsibility for any damages affecting it and I shall bear all the additional costs for cleaning or repair and maintenance expenses as per the invoices
Uniform
I shall comply, throughout the working hours, with wearing the uniform prescribed by the host company (…) which includes the occupational safety and I shall also keep my identity card and shall always remain in good appearance in all aspects such as beard, moustache and hair in appropriate with the values, bases and general principles of the State and also of the Company.
I confirm and undertake not to disclose the private secrets of the company or give any statements or information pertaining to the company………. Or the host company ….

Clause One:

The monthly salary fixed for me from the company………….. is 1800 Qatari Riyal and the number of working hours is 12 hours per day and one rest day in a week according to the work schedule. The employee will be entitled to get time (breaks) for performing prayers and for having meals and rest – a total time of not less than one hour and it will not be considered in the working hours calculation.
The main work place shall be at the site of the host company, however, I may be requested to work from out of that place, from time to time, for business or organizational reasons as being decided by the host company
Clause Two
The monthly salary agreed shall be 1800 Qatari Riyal in addition to 200 Riyal as food allowance to me, at the beginning of every Gregorian month from the date: 1/6/2020 to 1/12/2021 and this salary is connected to the fact that I shall deliver 15 delivery request for the host company per day, and in regard to any number of requests exceeding 15 delivery request per day, the company shall pay 2 Riyal as an additional incentive which will be paid at the end of every three months
The negligence or inaction or abstention or laziness or refusal to implement the instructions or malingering from performing the (duty of) delivery orders at the host company from my side or not attending for duty at the host company according to the work schedule without a good reason (medical certificate) signed by one of the hospitals of the Hamad Medical Corporation or any medical authority approved by the company management for approving the sick leave, or delay in attending the work place at the host company or in receiving instructions by mobile up to 15 minutes or leaving the work place or going back before the specified time without permission or by claiming (telling) lies to the heads or colleagues whereby lagging the work, will expose this agreement of mine with the company …………………….to immediate cancellation without having the right for any compensations or rights inside Doha or outside
Clause Three
………………………….company shall provide me accommodation throughout the period of my employment contract with it, and this accommodation is allocated only for its workers and it is strictly prohibited to receive any visitors or relatives or known people inside it, and smoking is prohibited inside it, as well as brining in any alcoholic drinks or drugs and it is also prohibited to go out from the accommodation door in inappropriate dress such as shorts above knees or by not wearing the dresses covering the upper half part of the body
Any deliberate attempt for destroying or negligence in the contents of the company accommodation from my side shall expose me to immediate termination of my contract with the company……… without having the right for claiming any rights or liabilities.
Similarly, any dragging or verbal or by hand quarrelling (by words or by gestures) with any one – either the employer or the manager or any of the workers of the company or those who share the accommodation during the work or outside the work places shall lead to immediate termination of the contract without having any right for claiming any rights or liabilities from the company.
Clause Four
In case of occurrence of an accident or damage blamed on the vehicle (bike) or by messing with it, or damaging it, and the driver is borne the responsibility of that (act) by the authorities such as scratches, or damages in the paint or breakage of front glass, I shall be obliged to pay all the expenses resulting from that damage in addition to a fine of 200 Qatari Riyal per every day the vehicle is halted from work for repairing this damage.
In case of my violation of the traffic law such as driving on the opposite track, or jumping the red signal, or driving on the sand dunes, or driving on off roads, or on the beaches, or failing to comply with the provisions of vehicle protection and durability, or excessive exceeding of the speed limits on the roads, or overtaking from right side, or driving rashly or parking the bike in a prohibited area, I shall be bound to pay all the fine amounts or the costs resulting from the expenses of maintenance for that even in the case of notification (arriving) after the return of the bike
I confirm that I have received the vehicle type……………..model…………..No………in excellent condition, as I am the first rider on that and I undertake to safeguard it and not to make it dirty or make it to have bad smell, otherwise I will be responsible and shall bear all and every responsibility for any damages affecting it and I shall bear all the additional costs for cleaning or repair and maintenance expenses as per the invoices

Patients with discogenic pain therefore accommodate their syndrome by avoiding positions such as sitting, which cause their painful segment to go into flexion, and preferring positions such as standing, which maintain their painful segment in extension.
Most clinicians also agree on the biomechanical characteristics of disc degeneration: in the early stages of the degenerative cascade, in which the overall disc height is relatively preserved (less than 50% loss of height), the disc exhibits hypermobility. Decreased passive resistance to flexion seen at the diseased segment is thus associated with pain on flexion in presenting patients. Flexion and extension are known to change the mechanical loading pattern at a lumbar segment. When the segment is in extension (the standing position), the axial loads borne by the segment are shared by the disc and the facet joints (in a healthy spine, approximately 30% of the load is borne by the facet joints). In flexion, however, the segmental load is borne almost entirely by the disc. Furthermore, when the segment is in flexion, the nucleus shifts posteriorly, changing the loads on the posterior portion of the annulus (which is innervated), likely causing its fibers to be subject to tension and shear forces. Segmental flexion, then, both increases the loads borne by the disc and causes them to be borne in a more painful way.
