Source text - Arabic بعض الدول فرقت بين الحكم التحكيمي الدولي الصادر داخل أراضيها أو خارجها لتحديد المحكمة المختصة يتنفيذ الحكم التحكيمي، مثل فرنسا، ففي حالة صدور حكم التحكيم الدولي داخل أراضيها يكون الاختصاص للمحكمة الابتدائية الصادر الحكم بدائرتها، و ذلك حسب طبيعة النزاع إما لقاضي التنفيذ بالمحكمة الابتدائية أو الى رئيس المحكمة التجارية، و في الحالة الثانية، و هي وقوع عملية التحكيم خارج فرنسا و اتفق اطرافه إخضاعه للقانون الفرنسي فإن رئيس المحكمة الابتدائية بباريس يختص بنظر جميع المسائل المرتبطة بالتحكيم، و منها منح الصيغة التنفيذية، و ذلك وفق نص المادة (1516) من قانون المسطرة المدنية الفرنسي.
Translation - English Some states differentiated between the international arbitral award issued within or outside their territories to determine the court competent to enforce the arbitral award. In France for example, if the international arbitral award was issued within its territories, the first instance court in which jurisdiction the award was issued shall have competence. Depending on the nature of the dispute, either the enforcement judge in the first instance court or the president of the commercial court shall have competence. In the other case, which is if the arbitration process takes place outside France and the parties thereto agree to subject it to the French law, the president of the Paris Court of First Instance shall be competent to examine all matters relating to arbitration, including issuing the writ of enforcement. This is in accordance with the text of Article 1516 of the French Code of Civil Procedure.

Translation - English While the Victim passed, after he exited his monastic cell, the First Accused carefully walked behind him while holding the aforementioned tool, and the Victim was not aware that the First Accused was behind him. He suddenly assaulted him by striking him three consecutive times on his head, which led the Victim to fall in a pool of his own blood. In order to confirm his revenge, and to show the Victim that he was the one who assaulted him, he repeated the phrase: “die and rest, and let everyone rest”.

What would his reward be? Do you know that you have a chance to become this hero, and attain this reward and reach this rank? Ponder what Allah says about the human soul: ((and that whoever saved it should be regarded as though he had saved all mankind)).

My name is Mowafak Mohamed. I was born on November 16, 1992 in Alexandria, Egypt. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Languages and Translation (English Language and Literature) – Al-Azhar University.
I have always been fascinated by English and did all I can to become fluent in it. I love playing video games and watching movies, TV shows and anime, which all contributed to my understanding of English.
