Source text - English Employee is entitled to 25 paid holidays per holiday year, running from January 1 up to and including December 31. Taking up holidays will have to be consulted with and passed on to employer at least two months beforehand. Days off will have to be consulted with and passed on to employer at least one week beforehand. After oral consultation between employer and employee, employer will give permission to take up holidays. In case of premature commencement or termination of the employment, holiday entitlements will be determined in the proportion of the number of months the employee has been in service in the year concerned.
