Der Sachkundige hat darauf zu achten, dass bei der Durchführung der Montagearbeiten die geltenden Vorschriften zur Arbeitssicherheit sowie die Vorschriften für den Betrieb von elektrischen Geräten zu befolgen sind. Hierbei sind die nationalen Richtlinien zu beachten. Mögliche Gefährdungen werden durch die Konstruktion und Montage nach unseren Vorgaben vermieden.

Alle Sicherheits- und Schutzfunktionen sind monatlich auf ihre Funktion zu prüfen und falls erforderlich, sind vorhandene Fehler bzw. Mängel sofort zu beheben.
ACHTUNG
Betreiben Sie den Drehtor-Antrieb nur, wenn Sie den Bewegungsbereich des Tores einsehen können. Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Ein- bzw. Ausfahrt, ob das Tor auch ganz geöffnet wurde. Toranlagen dürfen erst durchfahren bzw. durchgangen werden, wenn das Einfahrtstor zum Stillstand gekommen ist. Kontrollieren Sie die gesamte Toranlage (Gelenke, Lager des Tores und Befestigungsteile) auf Verschleiß und eventuelle Beschädigungen. Prüfen Sie, ob Rost, Korrosion oder Risse vorhanden sind.
Die Toranlage ist nicht zu benutzen, wenn Reparatur- oder Einstellarbeiten durchgeführt werden müssen, denn ein Fehler in der Toranlage oder ein falsch ausgerichtetes Tor kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
Weisen Sie alle Personen, die die Toranlage benutzen, in die ordnungsgemäße und sichere Bedienung ein. Demonstrieren und testen Sie die mechanische Entriegelung sowie den Sicherheitsrücklauf. Halten Sie dazu das Tor während des Torzulaufes mit beiden Händen an. Die Toranlage muss den Sicherheitsrücklauf einleiten.

Prije instalacije pogona, a u svrhu vlastite sigurnosti, stručnjak treba izvršiti eventualno potrebne radove održavanje i popravke pogona vrata!
Samo ispravna montaža i održavanje koje vrši stručna služba ili osoba u skladu s uputama može osigurati siguran i predviđeni način funkcioniranja instalacije.
Stručnjak treba paziti da se pri izvođenju montažnih radova pridržava važećih propisa o sigurnosti na radnom mjestu i propisa o uporabi električnih uređaja. Treba se pridržavati i lokalnih smjernica. Konstrukcijom i montažom prema našim specifikacijama možete izbjeći potencijalne opasnosti.
Napomena
Trebate mjesečno provjeriti funkcioniranje svih zaštitnih i sigurnosnih funkcija te po potrebi odmah ukloniti greške ili nedostatke.
POZOR
Pokrenite pogon zaokretnih vrata samo ako možete vidjeti područje kretanja vrata. Provjerite jesu li vrata potpuno otvorena prije ulaženja ili izlaženja. Kroz pogon vrata smije se proći tek kada su ulazna vrata došla u stanje mirovanja. Provjerite postoje li habanje i eventualna oštećenja na cijelom pogonu vrata (zglobovima, ležaju vrata i pričvrsnim dijelovima). Provjerite ima li hrđe, korozije ili napuknuća.
Pogon vrata ne smijete koristiti ako morate izvesti popravke ili radove podešavanja, budući da jedna greška u pogonu vrata ili neispravno usmjerena vrata mogu izazvati teške ozljede.
Obučite sve osobe koje koriste pogon vrata o ispravnom i sigurnom rukovanju vratima. Pokažite i provjerite mehaničko otključavanje te sigurnosni povratni hod. Pri tome za vrijeme hoda držite vrata s obje ruke. Pogon vrata mora pokrenuti sigurnosni povratni hod.
