• The labor analysis of these companies has been the subject of a report which contains (1) a first section which includes a brief description of the scope of our work, and (ii) a second section which contains independently our comments and conclusions regarding the aspects analyzed and the quantification, where relevant, of the contingencies detected.
• Regardless of the final date of issue of this report, since the review the subject matter thereof ended December 22, 2006, in the absence of an express reference, expressions such as “as of the date of issue of this report”, “present date”, “current date” or other references to time, will be deemed to refer to that date.
• Unless expressly indicated otherwise, the figures are expressed in euros in this report.
• Our report has been drawn up on the basis of the documentation and information provided by the Company.
