Доходы по проекту будут обеспечивать поступления от сбора платы за проезд по тоннелю.
Строительство Орловского тоннеля планируется осуществить в течение 5 лет – с 2006 г. по 2010 г. включительно, в том числе прокладка самого тоннеля - в течение 2006-2008 гг., подключение тоннеля к улично-дорожной сети и благоустройство территории – в течение 2009-2010 гг.
Прогнозируемые доходы от сбора платы за проезд по тоннелю по годам расчетного периода, рассчитанные на основе данных об интенсивности движения транспортных потоков и рекомендуемых размеров тарифов, представлены в табл. 9.1.1.1 Приложения.
По прогнозу ежегодные доходы от взимания платы за проезд (без учета дисконтирования) будут составлять от 310 млн. руб. в первые годы после ввода всей магистрали в эксплуатацию до 1050 млн. руб. к 2024 году, до введения в строй Арсенального моста (в ценах на 01.01.2006 года). После строительства Арсенального моста доходы снизятся до 380 млн. руб. в год и будут постепенно возрастать до конца расчетного срока до величины 560 млн. руб. в год (в ценах на 01.01.2006 года).
Помимо доходов от сбора платы, в денежных притоках учтены объемы государственного финансирования из бюджета Санкт-Петербурга текущей деятельности Инвестора, которые позволят обеспечить финансовую эффективность проекта. Данное финансирование предусмотрено в размере 41% в общем объеме денежных поступлений Инвестора в сценариях 1 и 2 расчета финансовой эффективности проекта и в размере 60% в общем объеме денежных поступлений Инвестора – в 3-м сценарии расчета финансовой эффективности проекта (более подробно ситуация рассмотрена в разделе 9).

The project revenue will be secured by the toll collected from vehicles passing through the tunnel.
The construction of the tunnel Orlovskiy is planned to be completed within five years – from 2006 till 2010 inclusive. This period will cover the tunnel construction (years 2006-2008) and the tunnel connection to the road network and land improvement (years 2009-2010).
Table 9.1.1.1 in the Appendix represents forecasted revenue from the tunnel toll collection for each year of the planned period, calculated based on the traffic volume statistics and the recommended toll rates.
According to the forecast, before the bridge Arsenalniy opening annual revenue from tunnel toll collection (without discounting) will raise from 310 million roubles in the first years after putting the tunnel into operation to 1050 million roubles by the year 2024 (calculation is based on prices on the date January 01, 2006). After the construction of the bridge Arsenalniy is completed, the revenue will fall to 380 million roubles per year and will be increasing gradually to amount to 560 million roubles per year in the end of the planned period (calculation is based on prices on the date January 01, 2006).
Apart from the tunnel toll collection the positive cashflow includes government financing of the Investor’s operation coming from the St.Petersburg’s budget, which ensures financial effectiveness of the project. The project envisages that this financing constitutes 41% of the total Investor’s cash inflow in Scenarios 1 and 2 of financial effectiveness forecast and 60% of the total Investor’s cash inflow in Scenario 3 of financial effectiveness forecast (a detailed description is given in Part 9).

Source text - English Example on How to Set the IP Address Manually
The example shown here illustrates how to manually set an IP address using the Windows XP operating system. However, the procedure is similar for all other versions of Windows.
When setting an IP address, you must make sure that the address you specify has the same first three octets (or segments) as the other devices on your LAN. In the figure on the previous page, the camera has the following IP address: 10.1.1.25. The address is comprised of four segments separated by periods. Each segment is called an "octet". All devices on your LAN must have the same first three octets, in this case "10.1.1". Therefore, all devices on your LAN must have IP addresses of the form "10.1.1.x", where "x" is a number between 0 and 254. When setting the IP address for the network camera, it is recommended (but not required) that you choose a number towards the end of the range between 0 and 254, excluding 254 itself. (Occasionally, the number 254 is used as the final segment for the default IP address of other devices.) Selecting a number towards the end of the range (preferably between 200 and 250) will help avoid conflicts with IP addresses that are already being used by other devices on the LAN.
To determine the common octets/segments for your LAN settings, follow the steps outlined in the next two pages.

При установке IP-адреса убедитесь, что выбранный Вами адрес начинается с тех же трех октетов (или сегментов), что и другие устройства в Вашей локальной сети. На рисунке выше IP-адрес камеры 10.1.1.25. Он состоит из трех сегментов, разделенных точками. Каждый сегмент называется «октет». Адрес каждого устройства в Вашей локальной сети должен иметь одинаковые первые три октета, в нашем случае это «10.1.1». Поэтому все устройства в Вашей локальной сети должны иметь адрес формата «10.1.1.x», где «x» - число от 0 до 254. При установке IP-адреса сетевой камеры рекомендуется (но не требуется) выбрать число ближе к концу ряда от 0 до 254, но не 254 (иногда число 254 используется как последний сегмент для настройки IP-адреса по умолчанию других устройств). Выбор числа ближе к концу ряда, (желательно от 200 до 250) поможет избежать конфликтов с IP-адресами, которые уже используются другими устройствами в локальной сети.

MLink-PMX – гибкий первичный мультиплексор мультисервисного доступа с возможностью маршрутизации. Универсальные возможности и полный набор стандартных пользовательских ин-терфейсов мультиплексора позволяют рекомендовать его широкому кругу операторов связи, в ча-стности, для модернизации технологического сегмента ведомственных сетей связи.
Это современное недорогое решение может использоваться на малодеятельных участках пер-вичной сети, небольших узлах доступа, выносах технологической сети с подключением к ТфОП и предоставлением полного набора современных аналоговых/цифровых канальных окончаний. Мультиплексор может использоваться для организации распределенных сетей передачи данных, объединения ЛВС и позволяет удаленное (локальное и сетевое) управление мультиплексорами.
По типу используемых каналов связи система может быть сконфигурирована в любой ком-бинации с использованием разнообразных интерфейсных модулей, включая стандартные теле-фонные каналы, выделенные аналоговые и цифровые линии, высокоскоростные цифровые линии, линии Е1 и подключение ЛВС (Ethernet LAN). Важной особенностью мультиплексора является возможность создания IP-сети передачи данных, наложенной на существующую TDM-сеть кана-лов Е1. Это обеспечивается функцией маршрутизации, встроенной в модуль управления мультип-лексора.
В зависимости от организации сети, MLink-PMX может быть использован в как терминаль-ный первичный мультиплексор, транзитный первичный мультиплексор выделения/добавления или (на стороне центрального узла) для реализации каналов связи центрального офиса с множеством удаленных терминалов MLink-PMX .
По организации сетевой архитектуры MLink-PMX может соединяться в топологии «звезда», «точка-точка» или «добавление/выделение». Мультиплексор идеально подходит для реализации топологий «дерево» и «цепь».
Для организации канала связи между различными MLink-PMX системами может быть ис-пользованы имеющиеся линейные порты: Е1 2048 кбит/с, комплектный SHDSL-модуль передачи по медным линиям, модуль передачи по ВОЛС, а также различные специализированные системы передачи по медному кабелю (например, MLink-DL), цифровые РРЛ (например, MLink-G-S/L) или оптические PDH- и SDH-мультиплексоры (например, MLink-FM и MLink-STM), использующее для соединения с MLink-PMX стандартный первичный стык (интерфейс Е1 G.703/704).
MLink-PMX предоставляет четыре или восемь внешних Е1 интерфейсов в одной системе и позволяет выполнить их полный кроссконнект. Каждый Е1 интерфейс независим от других и по-зволяет передавать до 31 каналов через один канал связи 2,048 Мбит/с. Функция резервирования потоков Е1 (например, 1+1) реализуется на базе резервной таблицы кросс-коммутации.
MLink-PMX монтируется в, предназначенную для установки в 19”-стойку. Все модульные платы являются самоопределяющимися и устанавливаются в универсальную кассету, причем мо-дули цифровых и аналоговых канальных окончаний устанавливаются на любое из 13 свободных мест (платоместо 1 предназначено для модуля управления). Светодиодные индикаторы, располо-женные на передней панели модулей, показывают текущее состояние работы устройства.

MLink-PMX – flexible primary multiservice multiplexer with router ability. Due to universal func-tions and a full set of standard user interfaces Multiplexer can be recommended to a wide range of tele-communication operators, in particular for upgrade of corporate telecommunication networks equipment.
This modern and affordable solution can be used for low-activity segments of primary network, small access points, subscriber lines with connection to PSTN, providing a full range of up-to-date ana-log/digital channel interfaces. Multiplexer can be used for setting up distributed networks for data trans-fer, LAN bridging. It allows remote (local and over network) control and monitoring of other MLink-PMX Multiplexers.
The device can be configured in any combination with the help of various interface modules includ-ing standard telephone channels, leased analog and digital lines, high-speed digital lines, Е1 channels and LAN connection (Ethernet). An important feature of Multiplexer its ability to create IP-data network over existing TDM-network of Е1 channels. This is supported by routing function, built into Multiplexer con-trol module.
Depending on the network topology MLink-PMX can be used as terminal primary multiplexer, add/drop primary multiplexer or (in central node) to create communication channels between the central office and multiple remote stations MLink-PMX .
MLink-PMX can be used in “star” topologies, “point-to-point” or “add/drop”. Multiplexer is best fit to organize network topologies of “tree” and “chain” types.
To create communication channel between various MLink-PMX systems the following interfaces can be used: Е1 2048 kbit/s, complex SHDSL-module copper-wire transfer, module for fiber-optic and various specialized copper-wire data transfer systems (e.g. MLink-DL), digital RRS (e.g. MLink-G-S/L) or optical PDH- and SDH-multiplexers (e.g. MLink-FM and MLink-STM) using standard interface E1 (G.703/704) for connection to MLink-PMX.
MLink-PMX provides four or eight external Е1 interfaces within one crate and allows their full cross-connect. Each Е1 interface is independent of others and allows to transmit up to 31 channels over one 2,048 Mbit/s channel. The function of Е1 channel protection (e.g. 1+1) is based on reserved cross-connect table.
MLink-PMX is a 19”-rack-mount device. All module boards are plug-and-play and are installed in a universal crate, with the first slot designated for control module, while modules of digital and analog in-terfaces can be plugged into any of 13 available slots. LEDs on modules’ front panels show the current state of operation.
