Source text - English COMPLETING A FORM
Follow the steps below to complete a form.
1. Click the New form link located under My Links.
2. Log in by entering your username and password in the displayed dialog box.
Note: If you do not remember your password, click "Forgot the Password."
3. A new form will now be displayed. There are two ways to access a section of the form:
- Click the scroll bar.
- Click the menu option.
4. Access the Personal Information section and answer the questions.
5. Click the Send copy radio button, if you want a copy of the form.
6. When you are finished, click the Spell Check button. Then click the Save button to save the form.

Följ stegen nedan för att fylla i ett formulär.
1. Klicka på länken Nytt formulär under Mina länkar.
2. Logga in genom att ange ditt användarnamn och lösenord i dialogrutan som visas.
Observera! Om du inte kommer ihåg ditt lösenord klickar du på "Glömt lösenordet".
3. Nu visas ett nytt formulär. Det finns två sätt att komma åt ett avsnitt i formuläret:
- Klicka på rullningslisten.
- Klicka på menyalternativet.
4. Gå till avsnittet Personuppgifter och svara på frågorna.
5. Klicka på alternativknappen Skicka kopia om du vill ha en kopia av formuläret.
6. När du är klar klickar du på knappen Stavningskontroll. Klicka sedan på knappen Spara för att spara formuläret.
