Translation - English Creative Business Operation Leadership Program (Series VIII)
The Advanced Workshop in Business Operation Leadership EMFA program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University is the first of its kind in the country. The process of enterprise growth and development is driven by the interaction between operation and management. Of the two, operation is the key and major determinant of an enterprise’s success. Operation determines the business’s direction. It is the strategy while management is internal and local. At the core of operation is decision-making, which in turn crucially depends on innovation and creative ideas! A good idea will change decision-making, which will change the fate of a business and of its thousands of employees. The SJTU’s EMFA program emphasizes the creative ideas in business operation by providing feasible and creative ideas, and practical measures for entrepreneurs. It will broaden your perspective and help you avoid the bottleneck issue in your business.

Source text - English Although the book is a development of G.E. Moore’s “Prolegomena to any future Ethics that can possibly pretend to be scientific”, and owes more to Moore than to any other philosopher, to none is it less congenial. Where Moore revels in questions, this book composes an answer; where Moore loses himself in analysis, this book finds its structure in synthesis. Where Moore stresses search, this book emphasizes discovery – and indeed Moore’s own discovery. But this discovery, for Moore, was almost accidental and certainly incidental. He never expected to find anything and whenever told he had found something he was surprised and defiant. His search for truth was much like the Jews’s search for the Messiah – it was acceptable only as long as not found. Moore was interested in the pursuit of truth, not in finding it. Analysis was for him an end in itself. His stimulation came not from the state of the world but from what philosophers had to say about it. His definition of ‘good’, though he labored over it off and on for forty years, was only a by-product of what alone mattered for him, doing philosophy. His science of Ethics was never taken seriously by him – nor, for that matter, by anyone else. But it is being taken seriously in this book.
