Stellst du die erste Tortenkruste in die Tortenpfanne. Mischst du die ganze Zutaten zusammen und dann hinzufügen Äpfeln. Vergewissert dich, dass du gut mischst. Kochst du in Topf für 3 zu 5 Minuten von Anlaufzeit zu kochen. Gießt du Mischung in Tortenkruste, dann überziehst mit zweiter Kruste. Kneifst du die Kanten um abzudichten. Schnitt Schlitzte in Kruste um abzureagieren und auf einen Kreis in der Mitte zu schneiden. Backst du an 375° zu 400° (200° zu 300°) in Ofen, bis Kruste (oder braun) und Tortenblasen erhärtet.
Translation - English Wash, peal, core and slice about 4 apples and prepare enough dough for two pies crusts.
Pie Filling:
¼ cup sugar & ½ cup of brown sugar OR ½ - ⅔ cups of sugar
2 tablespoons of flour (or cornstarch)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of butter
Put the first pie crust into the pie pan. Mix all the pie filling ingredients together and then add apples. Make sure that you mix well. Cook in pot for 3 to 5 minutes from starting time to boil. Pour mixture in pie crust, then top with second crust. Pinch the edges in order to seal. Cut slits in crust to vent and cut a circle in the center. Bake at 375° to 400° (200° to 300°) in oven until crust hardens (or browns) and pie bubbles.

Bio
I completed my Foreign Language BA course work in the spring of 2004 and completed my Bachelor's Degree in the summer of 2005. I have spent the last several years studying French, Italian and German with a concentration on culture (current and historical), conversation, composition and translation. I am looking forward to utilizing my linguistic talents since the cultural idiosyncrasies within languages make me smile with each new discovery.
My focus is in Foreign Language though my academic background is diverse. As a student of life, I am always eager to learn. Math, music and dance are just a few of my other academic interests. I pride myself on my time management, organizational and leadership skills.
Translation is an art that I take very seriously. Once I completed my undergraduate university course, I found a job and moved to France. I spent almost two years living outside of Paris and also spent some time living in the Rhone-Alpes, Haut-Alpes, Midi-Pyrenees, Auvernge, and Bretagne. Afterwards, I lived in Berlin and Munich, in Germany, for roughly one year in each location. I also spent significant time in Rome and San Remo in Italy. I welcome new diverse opportunities for employment.
