Source text - English The Chairman noted that the powers of the manager would include, but not be limited to, the power to:
(A) do all things that he considers necessary or desirable in connection with the day to day running of the Spanish Branch;
(B) open, maintain and close accounts with banks, savings banks or any financial or credit entity, whether current, credit, deposit or savings accounts;
(C) issue, deposit and cash cheques, order transfers and payments and use, for any proceeding or movement of money, the funds which are in the accounts opened in the name of the Spanish Branch;
(D) receive and answer correspondence sent by any means;
(E) withdraw and receive from offices, entities, agencies, public administrations or companies all kinds of documents, values, payment instruments, cash and packages and withdraw from Customs, transport and railway companies merchandise and deliveries sent on behalf of or to the Spanish Branch, and to make claims where necessary;
(F) represent the Spanish Branch before all kinds of fiscal, labour and administrative authorities (municipal, autonomous or state) and Social Security authorities, and to sign any kind of declaration, application or forms related to Social Security or other public administration, and carry out the required formalities to request and obtain the Tax Identification Number of the Spanish Branch, signing for such purposes any and all documents and fulfilling any act or formality required, and to file and collect any official forms with public administrations;

My career as a translator began in a translation agency in 2001 where I started to work as a junior translator. In 2007, after 6 years and already a senior translator and project manager, I decided to continue my career as a freelance translator. Ever since I've been collaborating with different translation agencies and I've been working hard in order to create my own portfolio of direct clients. My main objective is not only to translate but also to outsource work.
