XXX bought from XXX and purported to distributed only Termin-8. However, in breach of clause 21, as well as the implied duty of good faith, XXX nevertheless continued to sell products purporting to be Blue Royale manufactured by XXX, but in fact manufactured by 2nd Defendant, or third parties on its behalf.
XXXwill rely upon the fact (a)the market for such products continued at the same or a similar level, (b)the 2nd Defendant went to the lengths of seeking to register trademarks for Termin-8 as set out in Paragraph 14 below, so that it is to be inferred that XXXcontinued to supply its customers with such products.
Further or alternatively during the currency of the Agreement, and in breach of clause 21 of it, as well as the implied duty of good faith, XXX distributed on behalf of the 2ndDefendant a competing product. Before disclosure and/or Further Information XXX cannot specify what quantities were so suppied.
Although the five-year period envisaged by the Agreement expired on 22/01/2001, XXX continued after that date to act and hold itself out as the sole distributor for XXX in purported accordance with the terms of the Agreement. XXX also acknowledged the continuation in correspondence as for instance in its letter written by the 3rdDefendant on behalf of XXX to Glyn Richards. For detailed particulars of this conduct XXX will refer to and rely upon the fact, matters and documents referred to in its submissions filed in criminal proceedings before the Magistrates Court of Reus.

En posteriores ocasiones, durante la vigencia del presente Contrato, y en incumplimiento de la cláusula 21 del mismo, así como de la obligación implícita de buena fe, XXX distribuyó producto de la competencia en representación del 2° Acusado. Hasta que se revele y/o brinde información adicional, XXX no puede precisar las cantidades distribuidas.
A pesar de que los cinco años de vigencia del Contrato expiraron el 22/01/2001, XXX continuó actuando después de esa fecha como distribuidor exclusivo de XXX en concordancia con los términos del Contrato. 3. USING THE MACHINE
1. Charging the battery
A. When charging for the first time, allow to charge uninterrupted for at least 12 hours.
NOTE: When charging, the Appliance and charger may become warm to the touch. This is normal and no cause for concern.
B. The appliance must be in (OFF) position to charge.
C. When completely charged, your Appliance will operate for up to 10 minutes for 1200mAh battery and up to 15 minutes for 1500mAh battery. When completely discharged, it will take approximately 12 hours to fully recharge.
D. To charge your Appliance, connect the round end of the charger cord into the power port on the back of the unit.
NOTE: Decreased operating time may indicate that the battery has built up a charging resistance. To recharge, first completely exhaust the battery, recharge it, and then exhaust it once again before recharging a second time. This procedure may be required more than once.
E. RECHARGING status
It can only use the manufacturer’s charger with the appliance to recharge. Put the bolt on the socket into the back of the body for charging and the LED indicator will be

4. How to use

5. Maintain
Remember wash it after using.

3. ANTES DE USAR
1. Cargue la batería
A. Antes del primer uso, cargue en forma ininterrumpida por lo menos por espacio de 12 horas.
NOTA: Durante la carga, el cargador y el aparato pueden notarse caliente al tacto. Esto es normal y no debe ser motivo de preocupación.
B. Para la carga, el aparato debe estar en posición de apagado (OFF).
C. Una vez finalizada la carga, la unidad tendrá una autonomía de 10 minutos para baterías de 1200mAh, y de hasta 15 minutos para baterías de 1500mAh. La batería completa tardará aproximadamente 12 horas en recargar.
D. Para cargar, conecte el extremo redondo del cable del cargador al puerto situado en la parte posterior de la unidad.
NOTA: La disminución del tiempo de funcionamiento indica que la batería creó una resistencia de carga. Para recargar, descargue por completo la batería, vuélvala a cargar, y vuelva a descargarla por completo antes de recargar por segunda vez. Tal vez necesite realizar este procedimiento reiteradas veces.
E. Estado de RECARGA
Sólo utilice el cargador provisto por el fabricante. Para cargar, coloque la clavija de salida del alimentador en la parte posterior de la unidad. La luz indicadora permanecerá:
Comienzo de recarga: brillante
Fin de recarga: tenue
Entrada AC: 220V/50HZ
Entrada DC: 12V-36V (Opcional)
Atención: Durante la carga, el aparato debe estar apagado. No recargue la batería con temperaturas superiores a 37℃ o inferiores a 0℃.

(2).Seleccione entre boquilla, cepillo cuadrado o cepillo suave de acuerdo a su necesidad y presione el botón de encendido.
(3).Apague después de usar.
(4).Vacíe el depósito para el polvo después de usar. Para hacerlo, presione el botón de la cubierta y retire el FILTRO. Limpie el filtro si aspiró líquidos.
5. Mantenimiento
Recuerde lavar después de usar.
1. Retire el filtro.
