Source text - English 1. Operation
1.1 Basic concept
The C30SxM unit is a screwdriving controller with a cost-effective EC power drive. The torque exerted on the screw or nut is determined by a torque and angle transducer.
Negative values must be entered during programming for both the speed and angle if the screwdriver is to rotate in an anti-clockwise direction!
These are shown accordingly on the display!
NOTE
1.2 Operation panel
All C30SxM functions are activated and/or parameterised via the operation panel. The only exception is automatic mode, as this can only be selected via the customer interface or via the optional Profibus by an external controller (unit PLC) (see page).
The operation panel consists of:
the display (4 lines x 20 characters)
the keypad (4 cursor keys, 2 function keys, escape and return keys)
The keys have the following functions (depending on the menu):
F1,F2: Selection of specific functions in the various menus
"↵": Jump to the next lowest menu level,
Activation of the edit mode (selection of a parameter for editing),
Importing the current setting and saving changes.
ESC: Jump back to the next highest menu level and/or cancellation of numeric input. Any data which may have been altered is not imported!
The cursor keys (arrow keys) have two principal functions:
Moving the cursor within the menu structure:
It is possible to scroll upwards and downwards in menus with more than four lines using the"↑" and "↓" keys.
Entering numerical values in variables:
The cursor is moved to the desired position with the "→" and "←" keys (e.g. tens column). The desired numbers (0 - 9) are set with "↑" and "↓".
1.3 Activation
The main switch is located next to the operation panel; this can be used to disconnect the unit from the mains power supply. The start screen appears initially after switching on the unit.
1.4 Friction offset test
A friction offset test is conducted after activating the control unit, this test being governed by the spindle constants. The spindle is run in both rotational directions during a defined period of time. This can be detected by a low motor noise. An error message is generated in the event of a malfunction (e.g. if friction is too high) and the control unit is stopped. After activation, the friction offset test can be suppressed if desired by adapting the spindle constants. The main menu subsequently appears.
A friction offset test should be carried out daily. Program “0” has to be selected.

1.1 Alapkoncepció
A C30 SxM egy csavarozásvezérlő egység, költséghatékony EC meghajtással. A csavarozás nyomatékát és dőlésszögét a transzduktor határozza meg csavarok és anyák esetében.
Ha azt szeretné, hogy a csavarozó az óramutató járásával ellentétes irányba forogjon, akkor negatív értékeket kell megadni programozás során a csavarozás sebességének és dőlésszögének beállításakor!
A kijelzőn is ennek megfelelően jelennek meg az értékek!
MEGJEGYZÉS
1.2 Kezelőpanel
A C30SxM összes funkcióját a kezelőpanelen lehet bekapcsolni, és ott lehet megadni a paramétereket. Az egyetlen kivétel az automata mód, amit csakis az ügyfélinterfészen lehet kiválasztani, vagy az opcionális Profibus-on egy külső vezérlővel (PLC egység) (lásd az oldalon).
A kezelőpanelen a következő elemek vannak:
kijelző (4 sor x 20 karakter)
billentyűzet (4 kurzor gomb, 2 funkciógomb, escape és vissza gombok)
A gombokhoz az alábbi funkciók vannak hozzárendelve (a menütől függően):
F1,F2: A különböző menükben lévő egyes funkciók kiválasztása
„↵”: Ugrás a következő legalacsonyabb menüszintre
A szerkesztés üzemmód bekapcsolása (egy adott paraméter kiválasztása szerkesztés céljából),
A jelenlegi beállítási és mentési változtatások importálása.
ESC: Visszalépés a következő legmagasabb menüszintre és/vagy a bevitt számadatok törlése. A megváltoztatott adatok nem lesznek importálva!
A kurzor gomboknak (nyilak) két fő funkciója van:
A kurzor mozgatása a menü felépítésében:
Ha egy menüben több mint 4 sor van, akkor a „↑” és a „↓” gombokkal fel és le lehet görgetni.
Numerikus értékek bevitele a változókba:
A kurzort a „→” és „←” gombokkal állíthatja a kívánt pozícióba (pl. tízesek oszlopa). A kívánt számokat (0 - 9) a „→” és „←” gombokkal lehet beállítani.
1.3 Aktiválás
A főkapcsoló a kezelőpanel mellett található, arra szolgál, hogy a készüléket le lehessen kapcsolni az elektromos hálózatról. A gép bekapcsolása után először a kezdőképernyő jelenik meg.
1.4 Súrlódási ellenőrzés
A vezérlőegység bekapcsolása után súrlódási ellenőrzésre kerül sor, a csavarózótengelyhez rendelt állandók alapján. A csavarozótengely egy meghatározott ideig forog mindkét forgási irányba. Ezt halk motorzaj jelzi. Hiba esetén (pl. ha a súrlódási érték túl magas) hibaüzenet jelenik meg és a vezérlőegység leáll. Bekapcsolás után, ha szükséges, be lehet szüntetni a súrlódási ellenőrzést a csavarozótengelyhez rendelt állandók megváltoztatásával. Ezt követően megjelenik a főmenü.
A súrlódási ellenőrzést naponta el kell végezni. A „0” programot kell kiválasztani.
