Coordinate translation, editing, and teaching projects from A to Z. This include: collecting and maintaining information on projects, communicating with client in a prompt and polished manner in Polish and/or in English, setting deadline, guidances, cost of translation, preparing quote for client including cost and turn over time, negotiating with client regards price and deadline when necessary, allocating translator who is the best suited for particular project, tracking the process of translation: communication with translator and clients, solving all problems, quality control check, maximizing the re-use of existing material (past/existing translations), issue invoices.

Coordinate work of native speakers teaching the lesons
Administer calendar;
Process payments;
Provide administrative support for projects;
Provide support in area of marketing and sales.
