My name is Maryam Abdi and I am a Somali to English and English to Somali Interpreter and Translator based out of Southern California. I currently work with the Superior Courts of California and I am also a Contract Linguist for Conduit Language Specialists. I am a native speaker of both English and Somali. I have also worked with various translation agencies. Additionally, I volunteer my services as an interpreter and translator for lawyers providing pro bono legal services to victims of human and civil rights violations. I am proficient in several dialects of the Somali language and cooperate with many freelance interpreters and translators that provide services in various languages.
